One out of many instances that come to mind is when deciding on the color of the shutters, he went above and beyond to take numerous samples, walked around my kitchen comparing the different shades to my walls and kitchen cabinets. I received two other quotes from competing companies and they simply did not hold a candle to Scott. When I was ready for the work to be done, Jeremy and his crew were there, on time, friendly and professional. They got the work done when they said they would and they exceeded my expectations. When I picked up the glass a very nice man brought it to my car for me and explained what to use to adhere the glass to the frame.
