Solid potato salad with the mustard mayo concoction and red potatoes. There are 5 sauces and the KC Sweet stood above the rest as an elite sauce. The mustard one was very good with the pork. The hot sauce sorta was interesting and could be a good match with the correct entree. The Texas and Midwest Heat were good. They had fresh-brewed sweet tea that made this Bama Boy smile!
