I do love the fact they are thin. Thicker chips can be heavy. However, these chips leave a very bad oily aftertaste. Thankfully the salsa which is great does cover up the chip after taste. Apparently of the negative reviews of this place, the majority of them are about the chips. I hope they change the oil they use that won't leave the aftertaste. When we come back, we'll probably pass on the chips until they change their oil. I'd have given a 4.5 but they don't allow half star ratings.

We are from Southern California so we "know" Mexican food. Never seen a burrito covered in queso blanco before, but at Sergio's that's how they come and it is ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN! I highly recommend that to anyone even considering it. Just had to give this place a shout-out for that feature specifically. This is definitely the best Mexican restaurant we've had outside of California, pretty sure of it!
