I had a partial ocean view from my balcony and it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The kitchen is small but worked great for my needs. There's no oven, but it does have a two-burner stove, microwave, sink for dishes, and about a 3/4-size fridge. It was stocked with all the dishes and utensils you'd need to cook a simple meal. Overall, it was comfortable, practical, and a great stay. I'll definitely be coming back.

Our room was on the third floor so no balcony or patio like rooms on the first and second floors (there were sliding doors to get fresh air) with a great view of the ocean and sunrises. They provide beach chair and towels. They have a nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables, but no hot tub. They also have a party room with a kitchen, tables, chairs, couches, bathrooms, games and books. There is an ice machine and a bbq grill area too. Our room had two TVs and free wifi. No "do not disturb" sign, so the maids woke me up almost every morning. They left clean towels and tp/Kleenex but never made the bed or did the dishes. They cleaned the bathroom though. There are good restaurants and shops nearby. Lots of shells on the beach. Plenty of large parking spots. Friendly employees.

The next day upon our arrival we had a last minute change of plans, because the room had a very limited direct ocean view and weather was going to be raining the whole time, so a balcony or direct ocean front view was a must. Kim was kind enough that she showed us 3 other alternatives available and offered us a full refund if we didn't like any. So we went somewhere else but the little tour we took and all the little amenities, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the pool, the bed in the room, jacuzzi bathtub, breakfast place, everything looked prestige!!!

We could hear the ocean at night which was so relaxing. It is on a 5 lane road but the rooms sit back far enough that you couldn't hear the traffic at all (at least not in room 5). There is a kitchen with a table and 2 chairs. The cupboards had plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, etc. There is a small stove/oven and a hotel size refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a full size refrigerator. We would have been able to cook more meals if we would have had a larger fridge to store the food. There is also a small microwave. The living room had one chair, a small couch and a large tv. The bedroom was good sized. It had a queen size bed, a dresser and a small chair. It would have been nice to have a king size bed as that is what we have at home (that took a few days to get use to). And then there is a full bathroom off of the bedroom. It's a bit small and there is a pedestal sink so not a lot of room for hairbrushes/toiletries, etc. There are some small cubbies above the toilet though. The beach is very close to the rooms, maybe 40 feet away. The owners of this motel are super friendly. All in all, it was a very pleasant week there. We would definitely stay there again. PS - there is a fabulous restaurant directly across the street called The Blueberry Muffin that serves breakfast and lunch. It is a must!! Ask for your muffin to be grilled

This is a very poorly ran hotel with ZERO sense of customer service…read more Falsely advertised amenities, no towels/linens are changed out during your stay, management wants to operate the place like a prison. There are so many better options than spending ANY amount of money here. Details of my stay: First, the large travel sites clearly indicate "contact property for late check in", this is not possible. Our flight came in AFTER their stated hours and the manage REFUSED to allow us to check in AFTER the reservation was charged. The following day we were allowed to check in and that's when it got worse. Rooms are tiny (like jail cell tiny). We were in Room 102, the staff sits right outside the door of this room and smoke. The mattress is old and torn, the fridge doesn't sit level. No working fire/smoke detectors (see pics for the old non-working, expired one still hanging in room), there are no towels given during your stay. Pool is very dirty and damaged not maintained at all. Cigarettes and smokers around the pool at all times (see pics) and management never bothers to say anything (but will quickly knock on your door if they "believe" you have more than 2 children or did not inform them of someone in your party, even when they are mistaken.) If you know someone in the Melbourne area and plan on meeting them or having them pick you up from this hotel be forewarned the manager acts like a jail warden. Simply will not even allow someone on the property to pick you up for dinner. (If you look at the terms and conditions from their site you will see that NOTHING regarding visitors is stated. It's not stated because its poor customer service and this place knows it l so they want you to book and not know that they run the motel like a low quality prison until after you arrive.) Their website also states the TV has 200 channels on one page as and it absolutely does not, not even close. It's basic cable TV. Their website also states all rooms have HDTV which is also false (see pics) the television is not high def. Coffee pot and microwave actually block the doorway (that's how small the room is). There's no vending machines, no sun umbrellas around the pool as stated (see pics). Our son came by (he lives in Florida)and the front desk actually knocked on our door asking who he was and that he needed to buy a room. All in all this place is super low quality, ran by a staff that has zero customer service or business sense, false and misleading advertising and has unstated "policies" that are not listed on their site nor publicly and you're only informed once you check in (and they have your money). Read the other reviews of the same issues. My advice is to dispute the charge with your credit card company based on false terms and conditions. You can hear everything including the fact that he has his wedding band in his pocket...they are up drinking and smoking and partying all over the parking lot. We woke up to construction, chainsaws hammering and two giant dumpsters right outside of our door, which made it impossible to even park. This was a complete nightmare, please do not go there expecting a peaceful stay. Sad they sold it!

He was just a baby 1 1/2 years old and under there watch he was hit by a car. Our lives have been turned upset down. And our baby will be forever in our hearts . Here is a picture of our beautiful boy that was loved sooooo much and had the best life! Ps. It had taken me about 6 months to be able to speak out about it. But I want to make sure it does NOT happen again.
