One was a Viking vintage 6460, one was a viking vintage 6440, and the other was a Brother digitizing machine. They can purchase parts for these vintage viking machines. Just call and ask what parts they can purchase. They also give good prices on trading in a machine on another machine. The prices are good, and they help you choose a machine if you want them to. just tell them what you want to use it for. If you purchase a program to be used on your computer that works with your sewing machine Judy is an excellent teacher, she spent much time with me teaching me how to run my program. All of the personnel are wonderful people, and eager to please. I highly recommend this company to everyone who is interested in purchasing a sewing machine.

At drop off they said, "if we call and you don't pick up, you go to the back of the line." They called on 12/26 and I was in the theater so could not answer. I called back within the hour and left a voice mail. Not a peep heard since then. I am generally a kind and optimistic person but this shop receives zero sympathy from me. I only went there because it is a licensed Janome dealer and my 5-year old Janome needed a tune up. What a mistake.​ Poor customer service, can't keep up with the meager business they have, and who knows about value because I never got an estimate nor a bill. What a horrible experience.

The alterations ended up being taken a little too far and it lays weirdly on the sides (puckering etc), and when I received my dress back, it had visible dirt/stains on the back of the dress that were not there when I brought it in. My dress was brand new when I dropped it off, and when I expressed concern, I was told that it came that way/she didn't know what happened, which was frustrating because that simply was not true. I now have to spend additional time and money getting my wedding dress professionally cleaned myself, and no discount or effort was made to make the situation right. Communication throughout the entire process was also unclear. I was never given a firm completion date, which created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time leading up to a wedding. Wedding dress alterations are expensive, and for the amount I paid, I expected much more care, accountability, and communication. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience. While she was kind personally, I would not return and would not recommend her services.

I called here earlier today because I needed something on one of my Air Force uniforms for an event…read morefor tomorrow. Since there isn't really an Air Force Base here I wasn't really sure where to get anything done and ensure that it got done correctly and according to our normal uniform regulations. After calling here I asked if they could show something on my uniform but I needed it today for an event tomorrow . The girl was really polite and said it should be about six dollars but she'd have to look at what needs to get done to give her proper estimate and I'd probably be better off just bring it. So my fiancé and I decided just bring it in real quick and see if it was possible to get it done in time that we needed. Once we brought my uniform and she told me that yes they could take the ring from my shirt and throw it that rank onto my dress uniform. They charge me $20 for a ticket get done right in that moment. To be honest that's the cheapest I've been able to get my uniform done that quickly without having to wait and having them also take the rank off of the previous uniform. Some places will charge you less if you use a sea ripper and get the rink off yourself but we didn't want to deal with all of that. The other woman who I'm guessing is the owner was also very friendly and made sure that everything was done accordingly. While we were waiting several other customers came in and we're very happy about the service that they were getting as well so this is definitely going to be my new go to spot while I live in Milwaukee for anything uniform or alteration needed.
