From the moment he arrived, he was extremely respectful of our home and made sure to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible while he worked. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and efficient he was. He quickly ruled out potential issues, identified the actual problem almost immediately, and had everything fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what was going on and was incredibly humble and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He noted that the loose wire was the main issue to our house, and handled it without any problems. It's not always easy finding someone who is skilled, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely kind, but Jorge checked every box. I would absolutely hire him again for any future electrical work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great electrician. Thank you so much, Jorge! I've hired these guys a few times now. The last job I had them do was 4 years ago to run electrical…read morein my yard for a hot tub and at that time an above ground pool. They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.

We ALSO lost power in the Living Room, Staircase, Upstairs Loft, and OUR Master Bedroom (1/2 of it), Bathroom as well. Upon checking the breakers, I noticed there was NOTHING out of place or tripped, so I was puzzled. Going through Angi's List didn't help us much as the handyman there were a bit pricey. We contacted a family Real Estate member, and asked them if they knew of anyone that might be able to help us out. They stated that they did, passed along the business name and told us to call them as they had given them a notice we'd be calling. We called up Israelectric, and were able to get an Estimate for the power problem after the technician came over to inspect the possible cause(s). We received a very acceptable quote and decided to have them do the work. There were a couple of additional electrical type tasks needed as well. ALL of the work was done in a very timely, professional, quality manner. The technician was VERY helpful, explained everything needing to be done, and as they went along to keep us in the loop. They are VERY customer oriented / family outfit. They rechecked all the work done to make sure it was CORRECTLY functioning and SAFE. I would recommend EVERYONE to give this business a call. They are FAIR, very professional, take their time to do the job right #1. We are glad we found them, and had them do the work. We have found a VERY professional and affordable Electrician. Chris was awesome!!!…read more The outlet for our dishwasher and garbage disposal was acting up. The garbage disposal would turn on without the switch ever being flipped. The dishwasher refused to run right. My wife and I replaced the outlet, and that did exactly NOTHING. We try to troubleshoot what's happening, and I manage to blow the whole house breaker. I can't solve the small problem, and now I can't get the power on to the house! Wonderful! So, we go a night without power. Eat by candlelight and play games together on our phones rather than watch TV. The next morning, Chris answers the phone right away. Another 20 minutes and $140, and we are launched, happily back into the 21st Century. I asked for an explanation, and after laying the issue out 3 times, I think I get it. There's a tab on the outlet that must be broken off before it's installed in a situation like ours. Because we didn't, it overloaded the system and blew the breaker. Our specific main breaker switch is so sticky or unused that it took a surprisingly manly amount of force to get it to move, and as a dude who's broken a couple dozen things by torquing on 'em too hard, I'd been hesitant to apply the force required to actually flip the switch. Thank you, Chris, for your quick, cheerful, capable response. It's nice to have things working again the way they should.
