From finding out what necessary steps i have to take, their elusive adjuster who never follows up with anything and finding a body shop that will even accept payment from the state alone almost made me give up on my car. That's where Aaron comes clutch! Even though this was his first experience dealing with the state he didnt hesitate to take my car and GUARANTEED me that it will be fixed no matter what. After almost 2 weeks of my car being in his warehouse just waiting for the state to comply and approve everything, i recieved a phone call from Aaron wednesday morning saying that the state gave us the go sign. Saturday the car was done. just 3 DAYS!! Mind you, The accident happened last week of Feb. For 4 months my car was an eyesore. That misery ended today when i went to pick the car up at the shop. My car has never looked better! It was like a brand new car and to be honest, the car looked WAY better than the day i got it from the used lot. Thats because he went the extra mile and got the car detailed. in and out!!! Thank you so much again Aaron for your above and beyond service! My late fathers 2002 Toyota Tacoma truck had the check engine light come on. Due to Covid, it was just convenient to go to my local Pep Boys location. I've taken it mostly just for routine oil changes, smog checks and occasional maintenance. Up until now, I was satisfied with the service I received. However, as of late, ie the last two months. I really feel cheated and taken advantage of. I feel like the recommended things they stated were needed were not valid. Furthermore, they charged me for things and did NOT do them. Example 1. They charged me for a new air filter. See the attached picture of my invoice dated less than two months ago. Also see the attached picture of my air filter that was removed by Bocho today. No way this was replaced by Pep Boys. The truck is hardly even used. No way it would get that dirty. Shame on them for taking advantage of me. Example 2. Bocho replaced the faulty cheep spark plugs that Pep Boys installed. That resulted in a spark misfire. In closing, it's so important to have a mechanic who can be trusted. My father has known and trusted Javier, the owner of Bocho's auto repair for years. He is an ethical man who will not make up stuff and take advantage of his customers. I highly recommend his services. Today, I brought my dads truck to him and in less than two hours he had taken care of my problem. His pricing is very responsible and fair. Thank you Javier. I'm looking forward to coming back to see you in again for my vehicles needs.

My front bumper kept coming loose and was pretty banged up, too. Eduardo was recommended to me by the local auto body paint store and I went on faith that he could help me, but wasn't sure what exactly he could do. When I saw the work that Eduardo did, I cried. My 12 year old Mercedes looks like new again. I could not even feel any bumps or dents left over.
