Absolutely amazing!! They performed a miracle on my car that other collision repairs places wouldn't even touch or gave ridiculous quotes. The owner is super friendly, very dependable and takes pride in his work. Local and the work speaks for itself. I couldn't recommend this shop more.

I hit a jeep, cracked the grill and dented the hood to my 3 week old brand new car. I was looking for a shop near my Job and went to On Point Collision and Custom. As a customer I was nervous at first because of the unknown. However, they answered all my calls (yes I'm that customer) and all my questions. They understood my concerns and with confidence promised me that my car would look exactly like how I got it out the dealer. I got my car yesterday and was shown all the damaged parts that we're replaced. Must I say I'm so so so happy that my car was given to me as promised and like new again!!!!!!! They are great at what they do "clearly" followed by great customer service!

I received the absolute best customer service here. Johnny , Rene, Alex and the whole team made this happen for me. The picture of my car crash doesn't do justice of how messed up my car actually was. I have brought 2 of my vehicles to this shop and they did a great amazing job both times! If you need any type of work done to your vehicle or have been in an accident DO NOT hesitate to come here. Customer Service is top notch from the moment you walk into the office and to make it even better the work is immaculate especially for the prices they charge, a little added bonus is they work closely with enterprise rental car. They left my car looking brand new and provided exactly what I was looking for and beyond. The owner himself was there both times to deliver the car as he says he wants it to "look perfect!" With all the Respect to the painter doin a great Job and the receptionist Alexa. Receptionist Alexa being reassuring regarding the claim uncertainty of dealing with the insurence claim . Jonny an his partner Rene did a horrible job working on my truck horrible communication an it took them almost 3 months to get my truck back in horrible conditions , my truck was also park all this time in the streets where it's not safe at all . I receive a parking ticket , they stoled my plate sticker . They broke my truck antenna . I was in a rear car accident on July 30th, and I was recommended this place by my friend. I decided to take my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid to On Point Collision & Customs the very next day and I couldn't be happier! My car looks better leaving this place than the dealership. Lookin Sharp good as new! Unfortunately, regarding wait time; I did have to wait until September 22nd, 2023 (54 Days total) to pick up my vehicle; but believe me when I tell you the wait was worth it! This business is amazing, they really do go above and beyond to help the customer. Johnny was a God sent! I had crashed down the street from where the shop is located when they were closed, and he happened to pass by as my car was blocking the road. He asked if I needed a tow truck, and even helped me move my vehicle from blocking traffic while we waited. Once my vehicle was in his hands, he did everything possible to get it done as fast as he could. Alex was amazing when it came to communicating any updates with me. If you are in need of paint or bodywork for your car, please, do yourself a favor and go see Johnny at On Point Collision and Custom. I took my pick up to On Point Collison and Custom following an accident and I couldn't be happier with the results; it's like I have a brand new truck!! This place has gone above and beyond to deserve more than 5 STARS. They handled everything I needed from getting in contact with my insurance company, to making sure Enterprise was there ready to pick me up for my rental. Alex in the office is amazing, friendly and made me feel they had everything under control, and they sure did!! They did an amazing job on my car, and they were in constant communication with me on letting me know the progress of my car. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I can't say enough good things about this place. Johnny and his team has taken such good care of me and my daughters for years. My first time meeting Johnny I was a little nervous because of the amount of damage that was done to my daughter's car. All I can say is when we picked up the car it looked brand new. FLAWLESS!!! Rescheduled for 7/23 @8 am as I needed the earliest appointment in the day as possible. I had my partner adjust her schedule so she could pick me up. I was told it would be 20 minutes. I got there early, checked in, and stepped out to stand by my car as I was told my assigned rep was in a meeting. After 10 minutes, I went back in and the rep informed me he had someone ahead of me (who arrived well after me). I told him I explicitly requested the earliest since I had to be out by 8:30 and he guaranteed it. He said "no one told me you were here." He said he could reschedule me. There were several reps there and one of them could have helped but didn't. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere. He said "okay" and returned to do work on his computer. Then the two reps were arguing in front of customers when I walked back in to ask a car me moved so I could exit. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. The rep that checked me it was the only nice part of the experience.

Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right.

UPDATE: It's fascinating how some people can lie straight to…read moreyour face. I never said this job should cost only $200-$300. What I said was that it would take approximately 2-3 hours to respray a bumper that is already removed and disassembled, and that only requires scuffing with a Scotch-Brite pad to create proper adhesion before spraying. Second, your estimator attempted to upsell full respraying of both fenders on a practically new 2024 Mazda CX-5 for $1,600, so please don't claim the quote was based on the vehicle's condition or imply that it is in poor shape. The car is literally new. This is a classic upselling tactic--you wouldn't even fully respray the panels; you would blend them and increase your profit at an astronomical price. The bumper itself requires virtually no preparation and at most 6-7 coats with 5-minute flash times, so my 2-3 hour estimate was generous. At the midpoint, I stated that $100 would go toward materials such as paint and clear coat. That figure is based on what I can purchase it for myself, as I received several quotes. I am not buying in bulk or leveraging large volumes the way you do, so my estimate is not far from reality. It's a small bumper overall. As for spray booth time--you don't have one, and you would never rent one for a job this small. An important detail: I know how to paint and understand exactly how this work is done. Overall, I requested an online quote first and sent photos in advance. That request was dodged. Instead, I was pushed to come in person--so additional, unnecessary labor I never asked for could be "found" to justify the price. Lastly, I never said the bumper was painted twice. It was professionally painted, but the pearl component did not turn out to my liking. I came to your shop because you claimed you had matched this color before, yet your estimator was unable to name a single model you had matched it on. Nor did you provide any proof that you were capable of doing so. I don't mind paying extra for work that has already been done correctly, but after seeing these tactics and reading outright false statements, I'm glad I walked away. The "obstacles" your estimator tried to create included: 1. Searching for minor hairline scratches to justify repainting two additional panels on a new vehicle 2. Claiming shops don't like it when parts are already prepped or disassembled 3. Taking photos to point out alleged color differences between panels on a new car

I only discovered it once I got home. When I confronted the shop owner, Pat, he admitted to the damages but communication from that point on became challenging and more difficult than it needed to be. There were long gaps without his response and at times the tone felt dismissive or unnecessarily tense, which made the situation even more stressful. I've made many attempts to work with Pat to find a fair and reasonable solution. To this day, I'm actually still waiting for a reply to my last message asking again to discuss a reasonable solution. After repeated non-responses and apathetic communication, it became clear that no compromise would be reached. The only option he is willing to offer is the one solution I clearly stated I'm not comfortable with: bringing my car back this same shop that damaged it in the first place. Given the damages my car received from 5 Stars Automotive, my hesitation is understandable. I even tried to negotiate a different solution by providing multiple repair estimates from other reputable auto shops and he responded by calling this practice "dishonest" (very ironic, I know). I'm leaving this review because I believe it's important to be transparent about my experience. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. Had a very bad crash that had my car completely immobilized. The team at On Point took care of me from day one and made sure not to take shortcuts and did an awesome job fixing my car. Specifically Alex, the woman who holds the whole operation together, texted me on her personal number giving me constant updates on my car and making sure I was taken care of. Johnny is a stand up dude running a great a business, I couldn't be any happier with the results and would recommend On Point to anybody. I was hit in a parking lot. Johnny and his crew came to my rescue. I can not tell you what a great job they did, my little car looks brand new!! Took my 2016 Bentley to On Point due to rear end damage. I was met by Johnny who complete a estimate and said he could do it in a week. I left car sure enough was completed on time and did an Amazing Job. he also detailed the vehicle and i saved couple thousand off Beverly Hills prices.
