The contract did not clearly outline what contents were allowed in the bin and so the company threatened to remove $1500 from our personal account to cover the dumping costs. While on the phone trying to resolve the issue, $1000 was taken from our bank account without it being discussed.The owner hung up when on the phone and would not speak with us to resolve the issue. It took a total of 10 additional days to have the junk bin removed after they threatened to dump it on our property. Would strongly advise to avoid using this company!

I used to go to the Strathcona Depot as it was the closest to my home but now this location is super convenient to just drop off my bottle on my way to or from work. So far I have dropped off bottles there about 3-4 times in the morning around 8:30-9:00 during the week when they first open. No waiting for me so far. The place is your standard bottle depot. They have about 4 counters to drop your bottles off. The staff are quick, efficient and pleasant. The place is clean and tidy. They have a washing station to wash your hands after handling your bottles. If you live/work on the south side close to this location it is a great choice for you to use.

The auto-sorter also makes the process go very quickly and I think very accurately. You get a tap card when they are done and then you go to an ATM type machine to get your cash. It gives you the option to tip the staff which is nice. The parking lot isn't huge but has always been ample for the number of people that have been there. I think there is another bottle depot in town so I will have to use that one next and then update this review with which one I like better.

If you're a bottle hoarder like me and you do your returns 2-3 times a year, it's a lot of running back and forth and dodging other customers. That said I find the service fast, efficient and impersonal. They do have screens now that show your refund count for different container types.
