Having heard pluses and minuses about this business, I finally decided to check it out for myself. Visiting the one on Piedmont in Bristol, I was greeted with a simple yet pleasant environment. The cashier was friendly and waited while I perused the options before ordering. I chose a protein blend drink and placed my order. Here is where my choice of a three star review comes in. I would strongly suggest you order online and avoid a possible long wait in person. You see, my wait was quite lengthy due to an online order of multiple bowls. These occupied the one employee making orders. If I could suggest that they designate a person for online orders and one for in person orders, the annoyance of a long wait would be avoided. Anyway, once I received my order, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some have complained about high prices. I wish this menu was longer because everything I have had is good. The avocado toast is a delightful mix of savory and sweet, the honey is a perfect touch. We had ordered this to go and added a fried egg and home and its PERFECTION. The açaí bowls are top notch. The Bermuda bowl and the sunshine bowl are wonderful. The Bermuda bowl is sweet and a little bit tart and the Nutella is a great add. The almond butter in the sunshine bowl makes a savory bowl. read more

I went there for the mint cold brew and my dog fell in love with the mint cold foam, so as a special treat I went and asked if I ordered a coffee could I buy a small pup cup squirt of the cold foam in a separate bowl. I specifically said I would pay for it and they said they could not do it. I do not understand how hard it would be but whatever, I will go to dunkin, Starbucks, tropical smoothie Cafe, or literally anywhere else because there employees can make a pup cup. So I then asked if I could get a small cup or bowl and I would scoop it off my coffee for my dog and they can not do that either, but with manager involved can charge me $0.25 for an empty small bowl. I would have paid $2 for the cup with a squirt of mint cold foam to make my dog happy. A cute little shop inside a health food store. It's on the pricier side but the use quality and fresh ingredients so you're paying for the good stuff. What we got: The Pedaler (a smoothie) - 4* a very refreshing drink and the perfect blend of not too thick and not too watery. The only reason it has a 4 is because after tasting the açai bowl the smoothie was clearly the second place choice. My mom introduced me to this place and I was so glad she did! This is such a refreshing (both literally and figuratively) little gem in downtown Bristol. I love the idea of renting a bike and also serving blended bowls, so much health and goodness! The staff was super patient with us as we were deciding, it took me a minute and I wanted to try multiple bases, so I really appreciated the help. I ordered the draginfruit bowl topped with lots of stuff, but my mom got even more on hers! I was amazed at how much they fit in that bowl, and for that price. You'd expect exemplary service from a place that charges $12 for a small sundae, but staff was rude and unprofessional. Never going back.

I absolutely love this place! We were vacationing near the area, looking for a delicious and healthier options for breakfast and this is definitely it. Everything was fresh and made rather quickly. Nice ambiance, nice staff, but do not be deceived, this is not health food. This is a greenwashed ice cream store. Every menu item has added sugar. I have eliminated added sugars from my diet for a few years and as we were driving through here on a road trip I was hopeful at a quick glance that this place would offer healthy whole fruits blended into smoothies and bowls. What I got instead was fruit sorbet (frozen fruit with mountains of sugar added). For the average person this place is probably yummy tasting and a fun vibe. For me it ended in a belly ache and feeling sluggish from sugar overload. So if you consider yourself a ~healthy~ or ~crunchy~ person, use an abundance of caution and ask questions before ordering. read more

Not only can you come in and ride a bike, you get to enjoy "an acai bowl with unlimited toppings" after! My favorite is the "chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie"! So many goodies & pastries to choose from to take home! The employees are so helpful & friendly ...the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend trying it out. read more
