Having heard pluses and minuses about this business, I finally decided to check it out for myself…read more Visiting the one on Piedmont in Bristol, I was greeted with a simple yet pleasant environment. The cashier was friendly and waited while I perused the options before ordering. I chose a protein blend drink and placed my order. Here is where my choice of a three star review comes in. I would strongly suggest you order online and avoid a possible long wait in person. You see, my wait was quite lengthy due to an online order of multiple bowls. These occupied the one employee making orders. If I could suggest that they designate a person for online orders and one for in person orders, the annoyance of a long wait would be avoided. Anyway, once I received my order, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some have complained about high prices. If you are knowledgeable about the ingredients and their costs, the prices are in line and acceptable. I will return to try one of their bowls, after I've ordered it online

We had ordered this to go and added a fried egg and home and its PERFECTION. The açaí bowls are top notch. The Bermuda bowl and the sunshine bowl are wonderful. The Bermuda bowl is sweet and a little bit tart and the Nutella is a great add. The almond butter in the sunshine bowl makes a savory bowl.

They can be found in the park at 68 Haywood downtown on Wed, Thurs, Fri from 11am-2pm and at the downtown farmers market on Saturdays from 8am to noon. They also sell the food at some local festivals as events in town. The serve delicious, large bowls of frozen açaí, fresh fruit and other toppings like granola and coconut. They also serve avocado toast, toast with other toppings like jam and/or cinnamon as well as homemade kolaches. So tasty!

I highly recommend the classic açaí bowl that has so much fresh fruit like strawberries, bananas, pineapples, kiwi and berries blended with a perfectly textured Açaí and then topped with chia seeds, granola and hemp. This bowl fills me up and makes me feel good about what I just ate. Additionally, I order the pork bun, breakfast and bratwurst kolaches because I can't eat enough of them and usually get a topo Chico (with a lime slice jammed into it) or one of Ego's specialty Teas to drink. All around this is a go to brunch/lunch spot for me and my wife (she loves the avocado toast). The service is always great and chatting with the people in the truck is always fun and interesting conversation!

This place looked cute but both the food and service was subpar. It was 1:30pm, Mothers Day Brunch,…read morewhich they were advertising on their menu. I initially ordered a coffee, then a yogurt parfait. The coffee finally came after 15 minutes after a couple inquiries but I noticed the guy preparing it had to microwave it. I never understood his explanation why and he tried to reassure me it was fresh but needless to say it wasn't fresh and it tasted nasty. I asked for a fresh cup and got pushback. Our server said she could brew a new pot but was reluctant because, by this time, it's 2pm, and "probably nobody's going to be drinking coffee at this time of day". Again, they were serving "Mother's Day Brunch. She stomped back and brewed another pot, which appeared to be one of those 20-30C deals. It took another 10 minutes and I finally got my fresh cup of coffee. It wasn't much better than the first one. By this time the server had copped an attitude and wasn't very pleasant. The coffee was awful and the parfait was not good and seemed to have low quality ingredients. I could've put a nicer one together given ten minutes in a grocery store. Overall, I should've just walked out and taken a pass on this place.
