The cashier was friendly and waited while I perused the options before ordering. I chose a protein blend drink and placed my order. Here is where my choice of a three star review comes in. I would strongly suggest you order online and avoid a possible long wait in person. You see, my wait was quite lengthy due to an online order of multiple bowls. These occupied the one employee making orders. If I could suggest that they designate a person for online orders and one for in person orders, the annoyance of a long wait would be avoided. Anyway, once I received my order, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Some have complained about high prices. If you are knowledgeable about the ingredients and their costs, the prices are in line and acceptable. I will return to try one of their bowls, after I've ordered it online

I ordered online and picked up in the drive-through so I am not sure about the space inside, although it looks pretty cute on the outside. I am not sure if it was because I picked up on a Sunday or if people usually go inside, but there was nobody at the window for a few minutes. When the worker did appear at the window, she was pleasant. I ordered the Queen City Bowl. It is one of the more typical açai bowls consisting of a very berry base, strawberries, blueberries, and more. It was really fresh and tasty! As well as a bit tart. I probably would add extra honey drizzle and granola next time. The açai bowl held up well in terms of how much it stayed in its sorbet form even after 15 minutes of picking it up. I would come back to try their other bowls!

I was early for my pick up but they had it ready in no time. I'll definitely be back, the pick up window is so convenient! I also hope to dine there sometime to get a feel for the ambiance.

The bread is really dry and I thought the sandwhich would be pressed for some reason, but it's not horrible. My only complaint is that some of the staff was rude. After paying, I heard one of the girls sarcastically complain about how much I tipped. The 2 girls then proceeded to complain about another customer that came in and complained about how little she tipped. I find this very rude and awkward af; like why are you talking sh- about customers when you're literally standing in front of multiple customers. I don't know if she thinks people can't hear their conversation behind the counter, but the entire restaurant can lol. The girl who rang me up was really nice though. Just an FYI, I didn't even tip low, I'm not sure how much she was expecting me to leave for making some smoothies and a sandwhich lmao. But I don't think I'll be coming back here just because of them. Felt like mean girls in high school talking about other people.
