If I could give 10'stars I would. Jimmy the owner came by to help me get my surround (very old receiver system) set up for NCAA tournament and it was awesome. I had some wires that were not covered for weather and he had Michael come out and sort that out. He was able to get that done and set up my outdoor speakers. They are fast and so efficient and know exactly what to do. Price is the best and the service is non comparable. You would be a fool to pass these guys up. Often times people write reviews when the service provided by a company is either exceptionally good or horribly bad. I am happy to report that the service I received from Jimmy at Tech Junkies was awesome! To put this statement into the proper context, Jimmy did an outstanding job and he didn't even fix the issue I had called about. I was having problems with my Xbox One S, my Sony TV and my SoundBar not interfacing like I thought they should be when running at 4K resolution. I found Jimmy's info on Yelp and emailed a request for a quote based on my situation. Within 10-15 minutes Jimmy had responded and offered to talk me through the issue over the phone the next morning. Please keep this in mind that this was Saturday night, and he was offering to go through it with me on Sunday morning! I was unable to call him on Sunday morning, but on Monday, when I called, he offered me some solutions based on the problem I was describing. Since I can become a bit of a "wingnut" on things like this, I asked if he could come out to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Jimmy's rates were responsible and he scheduled me for Friday. As part of the scheduling process, he sends out an email confirming the date and time. Additionally he sends a reminder email the day before. On Friday, Jimmy arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. After troubleshooting for 30-40 minutes, we discovered that the SoundBar was not designed to run at 4K, so there was really nothing Jimmy could do. Some less scrupulous businessmen would definitely have charged for their time, but Jimmy waived the fee. Additionally Jimmy took a look at a separate subwoofer issue that I was having. Wow. I called Tech Junkies because I was having a problem with my remote. It was 'stuck' on 'mute'. I didn't know what to do, after having tried to fix it myself, so I made the phone call to Tech Junkies. I spoke with Jimmy on the phone when I called. He was so helpful! He did a troubleshoot over the phone with me and actually was able to fix the problem. I will definitely call him in the future for any other audio-visual system needs. I have been looking for someone to mount my televisions for months. One of my co-workers suggested I try Tech Junkies. I was on a really tight schedule, because I had family coming into town the day of the installation. Jimmy arrived on time and quickly got to work. Just had Jimmy and his assistant out yesterday and they swapped out our broken surround receiver, cleaned up all of the zoo of cabling we had previously, got us completely working and understanding everything with a new universal remote that eliminated 5 other remotes, hooked up our cell phones to the system, hung out while I worked with him to balance the monitors and cleaned up all the debris. They were prompt, took a little longer than they thought but stuck to their price which was very reasonable btw. Highly recommend them and will tell any friends in need. read more

Can't get better than these guys! Jimmy and his crew came out about a year ago and set up our entertainment center in the family room, master bedroom as well as outside. His pricing was completely fair and his workmanship is impeccable. Needless to say, he did an awesome job and we are incredibly happy with everything. Just recently we upgraded to DirecTV and thinking that I could figure out how to sync the new system up to my Harmony remote I completely messed it up. Completely embarrassed, I called Jimmy and without a question he reset everything and even sent someone out to replace a cord that the DirecTV installers had damaged.
