Tawny at the front desk gave me the warmest welcome, and Kelsey, my wax specialist, was so gentle with my Brazilian that it felt practically painless! I have yet to have a bad experience at any European Wax Center. I purchased a package at the Nampa location, and I love that it can be used at any EWC location--it makes my Brazilian super affordable! Clean treatment rooms, easy parking, and kind, helpful staff...what's not to love? Thank you, Tawny, Kelsey, and the entire Meridian EWC team for helping me feel gorgeous!

I have been coming here for years and received various services. I have had a great experience…read moreevery single time I come. They facility is clean and welcoming. I have had appointments with several of their waxers and they all do an excellent job. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. I especially appreciate their "wax passes" which allow you to buy a certain amount of services and get some for free. For example I get the eyebrow wax pass and I buy 9 in advance and get 3 free. That is a year of eyebrow waxes for me. Their appointment booking system is also very easy, I usually just call in, but they also send text reminders that you can use to reschedule appointments. You can usually get in same day and they are flexible with their reschedule/cancellation policy. This makes it easy for me to rebook if life happens and I'm not able to make my appointment.

I had moved to a new part of town and wasn't happy where I had been going for my waxing. I love yelp and when I happened to see she had a ton of 5 star ratings, I figured I would check her out. I've been going back ever since!! Sara makes you feel like not only a client, but a friend. She is a joy to work with and her skills are amazing! She definitely takes pride in everything she does and I've always felt like I can trust her judgement on things. I started off with waxing and now go to her for facials, skin care, and recently got my first airbrush tan. She does a great job! I love my appointments because her space is so warm and welcoming. The country music often in the background is also my personal favorite :) I feel like it's my personal "me" time every month and she does everything possible to invoke that feeling during every appointment. She's also super responsive to appointment requests and I usually have an appointment scheduled without about 30 minutes of contacting her. Basically, if you read this far into my review, you should already be contacting Sara to get on her schedule, because the girl books fast! Thank you Sara for taking care of me for the past few years!

Back then…read moreit was awkward hanging out in the hallway trying to figure out which door you should wait at or if you should knock when you showed up to your appointment. Now, they have a sleek, well oiled location off of Eagle road with an advanced check-in system. The place is on the modern side but inviting at the same time. Keep in mind that this is a reception-less location so if you didn't book through the app, text or online, you'll have to wait for an esthetician to walk out a client to make an appointment. My first and every other visit after (for over 2 years now) has been with Meg. I was hesitant to put a review out only because they're so incredible that I wanted to keep them as my little secret. But I seriously can't contain my overwhelming gratitude and appreciation for the level of detail, attention to customer care and overall magnificent level of service I receive at every, and I mean every, visit. Meg is strategic when ensuring the ultimate in care. They check in routinely regarding my pain levels, shape/quantity of hair removal for the sensitive areas, always provides excellent advice regarding skin care/maintenance and I never, ever feel judged. This speaks volumes for someone like me who is incredibly self conscious. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend the membership as it has saved me a lot on routine care and the free bonuses are nice. Also best to book at the end of your visit to keep consistent. Love Meg and Hello Sugar!
