We went for the Ghost Pepper, Sweet Chili, & Honey Bourbon wings. Didn't even touch the dipping sauce they were so flavorful! Love that Ghost Pepper one for sure! Don't be scared of it though, it's not as rough as you might think. Hush puppies, onion rings, & fries are all spot on! That special dipping sauce for those hush puppies is a thing of chemistry! It just flat out works. The burger was pretty spot on. A no frills, double meat & cheese, well crafted burger. Chicken Philly is just beautiful. You just catch yourself staring at it over and over. I was too full before I even got to take a bite, but friends approved. Service was super super nice, experienced, & made sure everything was how we needed it to be. If you like Coke you are in luck. If you like Pepsi, well, you are in luck too! Cause they got both machines to make sure to satisfy even the grumpiest of customers. Seating...comfy & plenty & even have TVs all over the place so you can watch your fav game no matter where you sit. Overall this is an EXCELLENT new addition to not just Brookland, but NE Arkansas. The place looks so great inside! Menu gives you plenty of options. I want to remind you...THIS IS A NEW PLACE. Please be patient w/them because I just know there will be kinks to work out and improvements to be made. They have a wonderful GM that will make sure they are always striving to be better. So be kind, visit often, & as always treat the staff wonderfully & tip well! This will be the new Post Game party spot I can guarantee!

Maybe better at the restaurant, hopefully I can update this review next time. Delicious food, though.

She said I had to call uber and they would send another one free. Guess what? Uber phone service doesn't talk to customers. So I got screwed because she can't read a damn receipt. If you as a business screw something up, check before you argue with a customer about it, and YOU as the business have the responsibility to get it fixed. Not the customer. The waitress was soo nice, we got a drink, idk what it was but we ended up with 2 a piece! The oysters were good too, just wish that the cheese was melted. Everything else....... Wouldn't order again. I love cajun and creole cuisine, if I could live in Louisiana, I would! However the crawfish Etouffee, the shrimp ams the catfish pirouge, I didn't care for at all!! I will definitely go back for crab legs and drink. I'll even try their crawfish to see what it's hitting for! But please try them! It was really good. Nice atmosphere. We went an hour before closing and still received excellent service!!

The staff had the whole restaurant clap for me and another graduate who was there -- such a thoughtful and personal touch that really meant a lot. Now let's talk about the food -- absolutely amazing! I had the blackened catfish, which was seasoned perfectly and honestly the biggest piece of fish I've ever seen served at a restaurant. I also tried the gator bites (so tender and flavorful), the boudin nuggets (seasoned just right and not dry at all), and we shared the Delta Poppers with crawfish tails and some fried pickles -- both were outstanding! The atmosphere was very cozy, and they had a perfect-sized table for our group of six -- comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. If you're anywhere near the area, this place is a must-visit. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I ordered a two meat plate with ribs and pork. The star was definitely the ribs. Moist, tender, and lots of flavor while not soaked in sauce, The menu had three bones but I was left wanting more because they weee so good. The pork was good, maybe a tad dry, but not enough to cause me to rate it bad. It also wasn't heavily sauced so the flavor of the pork shines thru. The sides of beans and potato salad were ok, not my favorite, but these are more personal preferences, someone else might say that they were outstanding. The persons working were nice, especially working on a holiday. If back in the area I am going back.

Ignore all the 1 stars! They are miserable people who who hate life and want to make everyone…read moremiserable around them. If you are tooooooo lazy to fix your own food and expect someone else to wait on you hand and foot, then learn to either approach a business to get something corrected or don't whine. Simple as that! This is one of the very very very few mom & pop joints we have left in Jonesboro. Support & protect the few we have left for the love of God. Honest truth about this place.... Been several times and never had a bad meal, ever. It's local, and as you know I am die hard local restaurant, anti chain, food extraordinaire. If I ever did have an issue I would def approach them and make sure things got resolved. From the minute you walk in there is a very open area for seating w/a couple tvs to catch a game if you wanted. Restrooms are just down the only hall in the only place & they were clean. The menus are on tv screens above the ordering area and there are some really really good options so take your time and stand back to let others go ahead of you if you aren't ready. As you may know as well, I always test a burger joint out w/a double bacon cheeseburger the first time I visit. Was perfectly cooked, thick & juicy, on a toasted bun w/all the trimmings. Was easily one of the Top 3 burgers I have had in Jonesboro & Top 5 that I have had in NEA. I have had the quesadillas, the tortilla wrapped burger, the tacos, the chips & salsa, their really good queso, the bowls, and a few other things that I'm prob forgetting. All have been pretty solid choices. When there just a few days ago there were 5 employees in the kitchen busy as bees and getting it done. The downfall to being a busy business and not having enough staff(which is the case everywhere) is there are some things that don't get attended to as often as needed. The floors were a little sticky, but I'm not eating on the floor & it seems to be more from the sealant wearing off. Trays were piling up on top of the trash cans, customers were wiping off tables and not once complaining, and it was about time to change out the teas. However, if they had stopped for 2 seconds to worry about any of these things then the customers would have been waiting forever for their orders and would have been more upset about that. Lesser of 2 evils I suppose. All of the staff had a big smile and were very helpful w/any and all questions from customers. Food is def NOT overpriced at all. It's 100% worth every penny. Ignore the miserable crotchety folks and support local. Give em a shot, and if something is wrong just address it while you are there. You fail to correct 100% of the problems you aren't made aware of until way too late.

We got there shortly after noon, and the place was packed! Still, we were able to be seated right away in a nice comfy booth. The service was lightening fast, and the food was delivered quickly. Speaking of food, can we talk about that menu? If you can't find SOMETHING on this multi-page menu that you like, then you must not like Mexican food! We ended up ordering the #8 Lunch Special - Chicken Quesadilla with refried beans and rice. My goodness, it was amazing! The chicken was moist and tender- not dry, over-cooked, and disguised with cheese. This was perfectly cooked, with plenty of meat, and what seemed like a homemade tortilla. We also were provided with chips and salsa. The chips were pretty ordinary - crunchy and fresh. The salsa had an interesting taste to it - definitely OREGANO. It was good, but the first bite was a surprise that took some getting used to. For beverages, we got Coca Cola products - not Pepsi (thank goodness!) Please forgive the photo with the half eaten food! I was so excited about trying it out that I forgot to take the picture when it was first delivered! If you're in the Jonesboro area, head on down to Valley View. It's a not a bad drive, and definitely worth the trip! I can't wait to go visiting up there again so that I can try the dinner entrees!
