Meanwhile I'm holding the receipt, eventually i tell her I'll send you a damn picture if you don't believe me and she goes to print one. Comes back and says you were right. No apology, nothing. She said I had to call uber and they would send another one free. Guess what? Uber phone service doesn't talk to customers. So I got screwed because she can't read a damn receipt. If you as a business screw something up, check before you argue with a customer about it, and YOU as the business have the responsibility to get it fixed. Not the customer. Absolutely dogshit customer service. Been eating here for years and never had a issue till now. Yall need to fire her and find someone who can read. And if the manager wants to say it didn't happen I recorded the whole fucking call. so we can play that game. 0/10

Ignore all the 1 stars! They are miserable people who who hate life and want to make everyone…read moremiserable around them. If you are tooooooo lazy to fix your own food and expect someone else to wait on you hand and foot, then learn to either approach a business to get something corrected or don't whine. Simple as that! This is one of the very very very few mom & pop joints we have left in Jonesboro. Support & protect the few we have left for the love of God. Honest truth about this place.... Been several times and never had a bad meal, ever. It's local, and as you know I am die hard local restaurant, anti chain, food extraordinaire. If I ever did have an issue I would def approach them and make sure things got resolved. From the minute you walk in there is a very open area for seating w/a couple tvs to catch a game if you wanted. Restrooms are just down the only hall in the only place & they were clean. The menus are on tv screens above the ordering area and there are some really really good options so take your time and stand back to let others go ahead of you if you aren't ready. As you may know as well, I always test a burger joint out w/a double bacon cheeseburger the first time I visit. Was perfectly cooked, thick & juicy, on a toasted bun w/all the trimmings. Was easily one of the Top 3 burgers I have had in Jonesboro & Top 5 that I have had in NEA. I have had the quesadillas, the tortilla wrapped burger, the tacos, the chips & salsa, their really good queso, the bowls, and a few other things that I'm prob forgetting. All have been pretty solid choices. When there just a few days ago there were 5 employees in the kitchen busy as bees and getting it done. The downfall to being a busy business and not having enough staff(which is the case everywhere) is there are some things that don't get attended to as often as needed. The floors were a little sticky, but I'm not eating on the floor & it seems to be more from the sealant wearing off. Trays were piling up on top of the trash cans, customers were wiping off tables and not once complaining, and it was about time to change out the teas. However, if they had stopped for 2 seconds to worry about any of these things then the customers would have been waiting forever for their orders and would have been more upset about that. Lesser of 2 evils I suppose. All of the staff had a big smile and were very helpful w/any and all questions from customers. Food is def NOT overpriced at all. It's 100% worth every penny. Ignore the miserable crotchety folks and support local. Give em a shot, and if something is wrong just address it while you are there. You fail to correct 100% of the problems you aren't made aware of until way too late.

Being in the middle of a strip makes for a pretty small seating area for this place, but it seems…read morethat they are working to add on the section next door to them and add booths and more seating. This will be valuable to them since NEA folks seem to flock to any Mexican joint. Service was pretty solid. Nothing over the top, but got the job done well. Nice, polite, kept the glasses topped off, and checked in often. Type of food is what has become the norm for "Mexican" food in NE Arkansas. Doesn't take much to appease the folks in this area. This isn't quite my type of food because its far to Americanized like 99% of the ones in Jonesboro, but its def better than the new one just up the road in Valley View. I think once they add more seating this place will stay pretty busy. I tried the ALAMBRE which was $12.99 Chopped Steak, Chicken, Bacon, Poblano Peppers, Onions, and Cheese w/tortillas. Served with Rice and Beans.

We got there shortly after noon, and the place was packed! Still, we were able to be seated right away in a nice comfy booth. The service was lightening fast, and the food was delivered quickly. Speaking of food, can we talk about that menu? If you can't find SOMETHING on this multi-page menu that you like, then you must not like Mexican food! We ended up ordering the #8 Lunch Special - Chicken Quesadilla with refried beans and rice. My goodness, it was amazing! The chicken was moist and tender- not dry, over-cooked, and disguised with cheese. This was perfectly cooked, with plenty of meat, and what seemed like a homemade tortilla. We also were provided with chips and salsa. The chips were pretty ordinary - crunchy and fresh. The salsa had an interesting taste to it - definitely OREGANO. It was good, but the first bite was a surprise that took some getting used to. For beverages, we got Coca Cola products - not Pepsi (thank goodness!) Please forgive the photo with the half eaten food! I was so excited about trying it out that I forgot to take the picture when it was first delivered! If you're in the Jonesboro area, head on down to Valley View. It's a not a bad drive, and definitely worth the trip! I can't wait to go visiting up there again so that I can try the dinner entrees! Go there - you'll be glad you did!

I met a friend here during an early workweek evening. This was my second time eating here…read more While waiting for his arrival, I ordered a small guacamole dip. It was freshly made, and tasted quite delicious. I liked that the dip was served within a cup-shaped tortilla shell that I found to be completely edible. I liked the peppy atmosphere, but unlike the weekend, it wasn't not too terribly loud, which I appreciated. This restaurant could be characterized as TexMex Plus. We received great service from our very patient and polite waiter, Antonio. There were a great deal of choices available on the food menu. I quite enjoyed my cheese and onion enchilada dinner. I substituted the cheese sauce for some delicious verde sauce. My sides included rice and beans. My friend had the Big Burrito, ordering steak within it. The serving was so huge, that he took half of it home with him! The prices were quite reasonable, and I believe that part of the affordability factor was that successful restaurants in Jonesboro find it wise to keep things in line with college students' budgets. Unfortunately, this restaurant offered zero nonalcoholic beers, so I opted to drink water. My friend seemed to enjoy his pair of frozen margaritas, despite the hilarious brain freeze that he inflicted upon himself by slurping them too quickly. The flan that I had for dessert tasted fresh and creamy. Parking was easy and ample. I think that I would probably return here again, especially during the work week.
