The pork and turkey were my favorite meats. Both cooked to perfection and seasoned well with good smoky flavor. The brisket is cut thinner than I like and was also borderline dry...still good, but not great. The beans were too spicy for my liking, but I'm sure many people love them. The potato salad was pretty good, chunky potato and egg in a mustard mayo mix, the way potato salad should be. The sauces were the biggest miss for me. All in all, a very good bbq restaurant.
