Fantastic! We have been eating here for well over 20 years. The food is top notch and it's a lot like Cheers for BBQ where everybody knows your name. The ribs melt in your mouth, the chopped bbq is smoked to near perfection, and their Fried Catfish on Fridays and Saturdays is the best in town. This by far the best place for barbecue in town. Everything they sell is excellent. Tasty sauce. There was at one time several places to eat barbecue in Paragould, but they have all gone down hill and this is the only one left that has excellent food. The ladies are always nice and friendly. Sometimes the place is full inside and you may have to wait a little, but worth it. I like the inside appearance, but I am an old rodeo man from way back. I wish they were open more hours, but I understand people need time for family, etc. Go enjoy some great food. read more

Service garabage, you call ahead and your order doesn't get made til you get there, if I didn't like the ribs so much I wouldn't have been late to work 25 times, in my opinion it needs new locations upgrades with credit cards, this place could be a multi-million dollar restaurant but unfortunately they won't accept cards and are in a bad part of town, half the people in Paragould don't even know Oinkys exist. Locals will argue with you which is their favorite BBQ place in town, as they are all good, but this one's my favorite. Love Oinky's. My daughter lives in Beverly Hills and this is the ONE place she wants to go when she visits. The only issue is she usually visits during the holidays and they typically aren't open then. So she's only had the opportunity to have their bbq twice. She's coming for Christmas this year and really hopes they will be open at least one day while she's here. read more

I only tried the pulled pork sandwich but it was above average. It was served with slaw the proper way to eat a BBQ pork sandwich. The little building has the appropriate ambiance for a BBQ shack. I didn't try the ribs which is the true test of a barbecue joint. Real sweet tea as well. read more

Darn good food! Good size portions, tasty and moist with good flavor. The staff wasn't very friendly either time we were there, just took our order and handed it to us when it was ready, no chit chat, with barely a smile. We were caught off guard on our first trip as we had no cash, so had to leave and come back. The place was packed with people who seemed like regulars. They have a drive through that we might try next time so as not to try to squeeze into the tiny joint. The place is small enough that if not for the big sign out front, you could drive right by and not even realize it was a place of business. We will be back for sure. We recommend this place to anyone looking for the best BBQ in town, but bring cash!! When I asked to replace it with hot or atleast warm food I was told to "put it in the microwave for a bit, it would be fine" I could not believe someone told me that. I've eaten their before and it was fairly good, I ordered their nachos tonight and they had so much sauce on them you couldn't even taste the meat and nacho cheese. They were so saturated with too much overpowering bbq sauce that I couldn't even eat them. Most of them went out in the ditch and after taking 4 tums I'm still sick to my stomach!
