We visited Paragould today and decideded to eat at Oinky's. My husband and I shared the rib plate. My son got the small nachos (which is a very large portion... a full to-go box). Everything was excellent! We'll be back! Note: They do not accept debit or credit cards. read more

Oinky's BBQ - The restaurant from the front booth. - Barbeque Near Me - Paragould, Arkansas

Do you want great bar b que? This place is amazing. Not much seating, so take out is recommended. Everyone is nice and polite. Highly recommend. Prices are reasonable, no credit cards, just cash and checks. read more

I make far better proper barbecue / smoked meat my order of pulled pork was done in a high temperature oven for just a bit too long. The service was okay considering it's hole in the wall operation the ambience was dark and gloomy read more

Fantastic! We have been eating here for well over 20 years. The food is top notch and it's a lot like Cheers for BBQ where everybody knows your name. The ribs melt in your mouth, the chopped bbq is smoked to near perfection, and their Fried Catfish on Fridays and Saturdays is the best in town. If you haven't tried them before here are a couple of tips, they dont accept cards of any kind, and if you order ahead it only reserves your food, not getting prepared before arrival. read more

Been going here for years, always pleased with food, service, and price, Best bbq around!

Very good bbq. Slaw and beans were excellent also. Order was ready at time promised. Certainly will be back.

Great BBQ and Catfish joint in Paragould. Great food, great prices, a little off the beaten path. read more

Oinky's BBQ - Oinky's BBQ Menu - June 2024 - Barbeque Near Me - Paragould, Arkansas

Loved this cute place. Nice employees and supper fast service. And lastly the food was amazing with large portions!

This by far the best place for barbecue in town. Everything they sell is excellent. Tasty sauce. There was at one time several places to eat barbecue in Paragould, but they have all gone down hill and this is the only one left that has excellent food. The ladies are always nice and friendly. Sometimes the place is full inside and you may have to wait a little, but worth it. I like the inside appearance, but I am an old rodeo man from way back. I wish they were open more hours, but I understand people need time for family, etc. Go enjoy some great food. read more

The food is outstanding!!!! Service garabage, you call ahead and your order doesn't get made til you get there, if I didn't like the ribs so much I wouldn't have been late to work 25 times, in my opinion it needs new locations upgrades with credit cards, this place could be a multi-million dollar restaurant but unfortunately they won't accept cards and are in a bad part of town, half the people in Paragould don't even know Oinkys exist. I would love to give this place 5 stars but based on not adapting to customers for 12years it doesn't go high in my book. read more

You can't go wrong with anything from this place.... pulled pork, tasty ribs, tangy sauce, BBQ beans, all served homestyle from a shack type location. Locals will argue with you which is their favorite BBQ place in town, as they are all good, but this one's my favorite. They are small enough that when they run out of food for the day.. .they close, so get there early or order in advance. read more

Arrive early with cash - and it's totally worth it. I schedule my visits back to NEA around getting to oinkys for some pulled pork, ribs and my favorite fried catfish plate I've ever found (Friday and Saturday Only). The piggy fries are awesome - but how could you go wrong with crinkle cut fries, smothered in pulled pork, bbq sauce and cheese ! They don't take cards - at all. So bring cash - staff is friendly and busy - I always try to stay on their good side ;) ! The dining area is rustic and entertaining with lots of little wall mounted conversation starters. I usually take mine to go - read more

Love Oinky's. My daughter lives in Beverly Hills and this is the ONE place she wants to go when she visits. The only issue is she usually visits during the holidays and they typically aren't open then. So she's only had the opportunity to have their bbq twice. She's coming for Christmas this year and really hopes they will be open at least one day while she's here. read more

Great Food At An Amazing Price. I Would Recommend Going Here. The Only Problem Is That They Are Hardly Ever Open, And On The Days They Are Open They Are Only Open For A Few Hours. read more

I really like this barbecue and their crinkle fries are the best I've ever had. They are hot every time and cooked perfectly. I've only been through the drive-through so I can't attest for the restaurant inside. I would recommend this for a barbecue read more

Driving on 412 trying to avoid Memphis traffic on the scenic route back to East Tennessee. Guy Fieri needs to stop here on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. We order there jumbo pulled pork sandwich with slaw on it. The baked beans, slaw and sandwich were delicious. Take cash because no credit or debit. read more

Oinky's BBQ - Very good !! - Barbeque Near Me - Paragould, Arkansas

Very good smoked fall off the bone ribs. Also serve real catfish plates. Small dining area and convenient drive thru. Friendly staff and kept neat and clean. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed. read more

Food is awesome!! The only downfall is cash only, also it never fails for the woman who works in the drive-through to be unnecessarily rude, and condescending! read more

Very good food.. But shitty.. attitudes. Hate trying to call up somewhere and they hang up twice when your trying to ask a question.. Its pathetic. I wont be going back. Id rather go to BBQ Shack over this trashy place. I am still getting over this rude man. The times on here are bullshit aswell. THERE NOT OPEN TIL 7PM. Maybe atleast 4. And there only open every now and then. read more

This place has great food and the price is inexpensive. I always look forward to trips to Paragould so I can enjoy me some "Oinky"!

I only tried the pulled pork sandwich but it was above average. It was served with slaw the proper way to eat a BBQ pork sandwich. The little building has the appropriate ambiance for a BBQ shack. I didn't try the ribs which is the true test of a barbecue joint. Real sweet tea as well. read more

Darn good food! Good size portions, tasty and moist with good flavor. The staff wasn't very friendly either time we were there, just took our order and handed it to us when it was ready, no chit chat, with barely a smile. We were caught off guard on our first trip as we had no cash, so had to leave and come back. The place was packed with people who seemed like regulars. They have a drive through that we might try next time so as not to try to squeeze into the tiny joint. The place is small enough that if not for the big sign out front, you could drive right by and not even realize it was a place of business. We will be back for sure. We recommend this place to anyone looking for the best BBQ in town, but bring cash!! ($40 seemed about right for a good size meal for two or three people - the Piggy Fries could feed 2 all by itself!) read more

The food was cold when I finally received it. When I asked to replace it with hot or atleast warm food I was told to "put it in the microwave for a bit, it would be fine" I could not believe someone told me that. The other issue I had was they were never open when they said they would be open..had to go there off and on a couple of days to catch them open, then I recieved poor service and cold food. read more

I've eaten their before and it was fairly good, I ordered their nachos tonight and they had so much sauce on them you couldn't even taste the meat and nacho cheese. They were so saturated with too much overpowering bbq sauce that I couldn't even eat them. Most of them went out in the ditch and after taking 4 tums I'm still sick to my stomach! ICK They need to lay off the sauce on the nachos. I won't be going back...that ruined Oinky's for me. read more
