Burger are great but the service is slow. I'd recommend ordering ahead and picking it up. Everything is cooked when you order so be prepared to wait as long as it takes to cook it. Staff is friendly. No dining room but there are picnic tables outside of the weather is good. read more

I recently featured this place in my 1st episode of Fat Travels on YouTube. I've known it my whole life. Their burgers are among the all time best I've ever had anywhere. Their shakes (any flavor) are amazing. Anything and everything is worth trying. Some might complain about wait times or prices, but it's worth it to me, especially since I'm only in the area once every few years. Sit on the bench with your friends or fam and enjoy. My husband and I decided that we wanted a really good burger for dinner. We got to looking at the different locations on our area... but wanted to try somewhere new. We ran across Hamburger Station, the pictures posted looked really good. I knew I wanted a "real" meat burger... not a frozen patty. So we decided to try it even though it was about a 25 minute drive. I called our order in about 10 minutes before we got there. We went through the drive through for pick up. It was ready when we arrived, we decided on a double burger each a chili dog to share and the potato bombs ... ( tater tots with the cheddar cheese inside). I can't remember the name so it could be wrong. Anyway we got those to share as well.. the burgers were amazing hot, cheesy, beefy, goodness... so big that I ended up taking mine apart before I finished it and ate a piece of the meat and gave the rest to the hubby. The taters were very tasty. Cheesy, and very yummy... but the biggest surprise to us was the chili dog. I always like to try something different and if a chili dog is an option I tend to grab that. It was so good... there was so much chili and cheese.. the hotdog was huge and very very good... I was really impressed with everything that we got. I am looking forward to going back and trying other things because they have a huge menu just waiting to be explored. If you want a really good burger that is made with real meat, cheese, and a toasty bun.. or a really good chili dog.. this is a good choice. I've eaten here as I could all my life and Hamburger Station has never let me down. My favorite part is that the decor hasn't changed a bit at least in the last 15 years. I had a friend traveling for work and referred him there and he agrees that they are excellent with their service and consistency of quality food. read more

Horrible experience. We frequently visited quite often, needless to say we will never return. The food we ordered was nothing at all what received. We proceeded to let them know since we were still in the parking lot. Instead of being offered to correct it , we were told quite rudely mind you that it's not what's written on the ticket. Which we had no special order to begin with. We ordered a jumbo ham and cheese which comes with cheese lettuce and tomato. The rude cook/ worker stated she made what was on the ticket because whomever took it wrote Ham and cheese, take in mind no cheese was on the sandwich so even that was wrong. So we asked another employee, what the standard was and she stated we were correct, let me correct this. But as she went to tell them the disgruntled employee came out screaming and yelling. Offering just the owners number which makes no sense. No take in mind if someone is gonna yell at me , I'm definitely gonna yell back. At this point, when we commented back she is now mad because of it and threatened calling the police. Poor management and way of doing right by the customer was clearly not a thought here. As with anyone, you should get what you paid for! Now because I was so upset about how this even went down, I emailed the owner.Only to get no response.. very poor business and extremely disappointing if this is how customers are treated. read more

Can't go wrong with the roast turkey sandwich (fresh cut turkey off the bone, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, cheese and mayo). It's HUGE and delicious. I have heard so many good reviews about this place so we decided to try it today for lunch. In my opinion, the burger is nothing to write home about. There is absolutely no seasoning on the meat whatsoever. Now the onion rings were awesome.. Ordered some spicy fries and they were nothing more then seasoned fries.. No spicy flavor at all. And remember to have cash or check because that is all they take. It is not listed anywhere and all I had was my debit card. So when I went to pay, after my food was cooked and ready, I had to go to ATM to get cash. read more

I love the humburgers from here. The humber come with carmelized onions on top of a huge patty. Beware thus is a greasy burger, the kind that soaks through the paper good! I like to dip my burger in ketchup. Located in the original train station in the historic downtown Paragould, Arkansas, it sits right on the tracks that formed the name of this town. Paragould is the only city in the US with this name. No other state has a Paragould. A year ago we made our 30 minute drive across the state line to get a burger, only to get it in my mouth and find out it was ruined hamburger meat! Now, this will not ruin me coming here to eat, until it happens a second time. I've eaten there hundreds of times with never 1 issue. I will chalk it up with an error. This is THE only place to get a decent burger in Paragould. The HumBurger is a greasy mess of death but good. The Carole is your standard burger and also good. I'm not much on any of the fries they do, or the tots. But, being a burger lover, they do a decent job for the hellhole that is Paragould. They do a lot of other things (chicken strips, shrimp dinner) that I've never tried, and probably wouldn't because Paragould doesn't know how to cook much of anything, but the burgers aren't bad. I'm not from Paragould, so I can't compare this food place to any other restaurant in Paragould. Compared to similar burger places, it just doesn't compare. Like other reviewers have said, the burgers are disproportionately greasy. I was disappointed by the use of processed cheese-like food instead of real cheese. We also had uninvited dinner guests thanks to outdoor seating and an open trash can nearby that played host to numerous flies. I was not impressed with anything about this place.
