I'm here on business. Went to the bar for a quick beer and dinner. Desperately waited for bar service and got my standard local IPA when which was from a Little Rock brewery. Wish I could tell you the name but my bartender hasn't ever checked on me. Finally pressed for a menu and then to order food. I figured a napkins or two would be a standard delivery with hot wings but so far they've not checked on me since. I had a to-go order and waited 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. During these 10 minutes several staff passed me by avoided to contact me. After the person manning the to-go order came out I received my food and left. Once I arrived home, I noticed one of the orders of wings was not right. I ordered a medium sized order of traditional wings and only received 10 total. A small order should be approximately 9 and medium should be about 14. I should have checked but I've continuously had terrible service and unreasonable wait times. I won't visit this location again and hopefully can find somewhere else to get wings. read more

Always feel a bit weird reviewing a chain, however each has its own little offerings and style of management. I like BWW and I don't even watch sports! No, it's not the original Anchor Bar in Buffalo or a historic restaurant downtown, however they are doing a good job at providing good brews and menu items. The addition of this restaurant is a big step in little Jonesboro, AR which is slowly transforming into a real city with more recognizable brands. Free WIFI to accommodate this review. Typical sports bar atmosphere....tvs in every direction covering all sorts of sporting events. Staff wasn't overly friendly upon arrival and although there were several empty tables, we still had an it of a wait. Our waitress, I wouldn't describe her as rude, just definitely didn't make us feel welcomed or that she even cared we were there. Service was slow. We ordered wings (of course) and a chicken buffalito. It took at least 45 mins to get our food. As long as it took, I was expecting it to be incredible. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The wings were sub par, at best. Nothing I would ever go back for. You could tell they had been sitting out for quite a while. My buffalito was very cold. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how loud it was in there! I guess that's to be expected in a sport's bar but I could barely hear the people I was with. We ordered some nachos and boy...they were bad. The chili on it just kinda ruined it. Would not recommend them at all. I guess my expectations were a little too high for what it actually was. I will say that the fries were pretty good and the wings were alright. My parents ordered a bbq chicken salad and a small ordered of wings (about 10 pieces) with a side of onions rings and our total bill was $50!!!! I have to visit this place because my teenage daughters love it. Every single time it sucks, and I love wings!! The service is terrible. The staff stands around in groups and talks. Today we came in and 4 were talking at the register, ignoring us. The 2 in the dining room did not notice us. There were only 2 other patrons. The waitress was nice but got our order wrong - I wanted the veggies with blue cheese with our wings but we got fries instead. The fries sucked. And the wings sucked.
