Their posted hours indicate they are open until 8:00 p.m. Since my wife and I typically go out to dinner around 7:30-8:00 p.m., this was the first time we were able to arrive before closing. We walked in at approximately 7:25 p.m., expecting to have dinner, only to be told they were no longer accepting dine-in orders and were serving takeout only. If your posted closing time is 8:00 p.m., customers should reasonably expect to be able to dine in until then--or at the very least, there should be a clearly posted notice stating that dine-in service ends earlier. Instead, we made the trip only to be turned away. We eat out five or six nights a week and typically spend $70-$90 for dinner with drinks and tip. We were ready to become regular customers if the pizza lived up to its reputation, but first impressions matter. We left without ordering and, unfortunately, won't be back. Businesses have every right to establish their own policies, but those policies should match the hours they advertise so customers don't waste a trip.

The military wall featuring his family was especially meaningful, and learning a little about his background made the experience even more special. And the FOOD... WOW! Our kids loved their personal pizzas--one half pepperoni and half cheese. The chicken parmesan literally melted in your mouth! I also really enjoyed the pictures on the walls. They're great conversation starters and give the place a fun, personal feel. And let's not overlook the clean bathroom--that's always a major plus for me! I've already recommended Mozzarella's Pizzeria to family, and we've been back three times.
