They offered their services without any pressure. We also learned that many of their ejuices are from local ( some not necessarily from Lufkin) manufacturers. Since I prefer to support local businesses, this was definitely a plus for me even though I make my own juice. They didn't try to "sell" me on switching to a different juice but said that if I ever wanted to try some, they had a large selection. There is a selection of mods and tanks to choose from and they answered every question we had about the models we were curious about.
