I brought my 13 year old in to look at shoes and while trying them in, the plastic tag cut his finger open. The shoe sales lady sent him to customer service to get a bandaid. The lady at customer service said she didn't know where they were and flat out told him to go find a napkin for the blood--RUDE!!! The manager was somewhat apologetic and brought him water and alcohol to clean it and a bandaid....after waiting so long the blood had already dried! And then the wait to checkout was RIDICULOUS!!

It's worth it if you get/want to spend a lot of time at the range, access to a variety of courses, purchases, and first-in-line access to ammo when stock is low, as well as other perks. My daughter and I have taken classes together on gun safety. Professional and informative, they offer 'a range' of courses and classes! (Excuse the pun). lol We've never had a problem with selection. I always find (want more than) what I went in there for. The gunsmithing employees were helpful when I broke a piece off a folding stock earlier this year. Their prices accommodate the selection. Used and new guns are always in good supply. The team there is knowledgeable and kind, and we've never had an issue. I saw the negative review. It's always possible to have a bad experience, but it just hasn't been ours. Perhaps a couple of the employees are 'serious-minded,' but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
