I have bought two vision spinners from them and they crapped out on me I brushed it off and tried a different mod, The threads were stripped out and there were many issues, and when I took it back to let them look at it they said it was not their fault nor their problem. There are many other places that sell juice that is better so I have no reason to shop with these people anymore, if you don't want the headache I would advise against wasting your time. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My hookah started to act really weird. I have only…read moreused it a handful of times. The middle metal piece that connects inside of the glass kept coming loose. It just fit and now it won't fit. It happened to fall off during use, smash through the glass and water went everywhere. I thought well no problem. It has a warranty. I pull out the box and go to the stundenglass website to file a warranty claim. The website says there should be a QR code on the box which has the serial number and authentication number. I look all over the box, pull out the inserts. etc. Nothing. I then input the serial number that is on the item into the website and says item not found. I type it in various ways and all say not found. I then start looking online and apparently places are notorious for selling fake stundenglass. This item is a fake. Mad disappointed because I had such a great experience. Not happy with getting a knock off when it was advertised as a stundenglass. This item is not real and why I am having so many issues with it.
