I thought well no problem. It has a warranty. I pull out the box and go to the stundenglass website to file a warranty claim. The website says there should be a QR code on the box which has the serial number and authentication number. I look all over the box, pull out the inserts. etc. Nothing. I then input the serial number that is on the item into the website and says item not found. I type it in various ways and all say not found. I then start looking online and apparently places are notorious for selling fake stundenglass. This item is a fake. Mad disappointed because I had such a great experience. Not happy with getting a knock off when it was advertised as a stundenglass. This item is not real and why I am having so many issues with it.
