Yes, I would highly recommend using this business to install a generation for your house/business…read more Was very professional did not talk in circles went straight to the point and backed up what he said by his work and craftsmanship with him and his employees that he used to install the whole system. His presentation of the product and his recommendations were very well put together and very well spoken . And then at the end of the project, he done everything he said he would and a little extra . On the upside, it was the cheaper one as well . His follow up after the sale so far has been outstanding. I would highly recommend at least calling him and giving him a chance to earn your business.

The folks at Southern Nurseries are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The selection is amazing, actually a bit overwhelming. But the staff were incredible. They helped me figure out solutions to my situation and at my budget, and offered advice for planting and care. They also helped me carefully load my car and put down plastic to keep it clean. Shout out to Darby for a great experience.

Would give 6 stars if I could!…read more Fast response to my inquiry through Yelp, and then came the same day to check out our dishwasher that wasn't draining. I'd been meaning to replace our cracked garbage disposal for a while so asked if they could do that at the same time and "yes, no problem." Showed up on time and quickly found the issue with the dishwasher (piece of glass stuck) so he didn't even charge for that. Showed me how to fix it myself it it ever happens again, swapped out the disposal for a new one, cleaned up and was on his way. Super honest, friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. I called PostMart to inform them what I was told and the owner was basically unhelpful. He said that there weren't any error messages at them time and that they should have received it within minutes like I didn't know how a faxing works. I even asked him if they went through because I didn't hear the fax noise and he informed me that they did. Charged for a service that I didn't receive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING MONEY!…read more There isn't a option for the lowest I would rate this company since they took over. The original prices have tripled with no extra added anything, it's still the same rundown place but they try to charge like it's in Houston, not Silsbee, Texas, have ZERO remorse or any attempt to help you out, charge fees left and right after things have already been paid because they felt it needed to go up and if you can't pay the new fee they come up with, you get locked out then late fee for a fee they just created. Prime example, I just paid $177 for the smallest non temperature controlled unit, and after it was paid it full they decided it was in THEIR best interests to add a $3 increase to the coverage, after it was paid in full, with zero explanations for why it wasn't initially included, so now they just locked me out and gave me a $25 late fee for not paying the $3 they decided to add without informing or including it in the original bill. And after contacting them with all the proof, I was told sorry it's what's best for us pay it or you'll owe more next month. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY.
