As a customer for many years I've never been treated more poorly than I was tonight. When I walked…read morein I asked for the lightest drink possible and the bartender responded with an attitude although I understand that line of work can be difficult it's unreasonable to respond the way this bartender chose too. I understand some bartenders don't know as much as others but tonight I went into the local bar I live near and was quite dissatisfied when I asked for the lightest drink possible and they handed me a sex on the beach (I've never had one) and unfortunately trusted the bartender. Two sips after my drink I got really sick and threw up and I've always been the type to order strong drinks with no problem but when I got sick and left to the ladies room the bartender proceeded to go up to my friend and say "I just wanted to let you know when they asked for the weakest drink and they don't specify that no bartender would refund the drink" even after I didn't drink it and honestly this is a decent bar so please do better. PS: When someone says they want something light would your first thought be a sex on the beach?

The bartender was amazing with helping me and my friend decide what to get and the drinks were awesome. It seems like everyone here knows everyone and is a regular, so i feel like a stranger in a new land but everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Overall, i enjoy this place and will definitely be back!

We've been to a Walk-Ons in New Orleans and we're excited to find one on our travels through Indy…read more We were worried maybe it wouldn't live up to our memories of loving the New Orleans location, but it certainly did! Our waitress was great! Extra friendly and helpful. We started with the loaded waffle fries. I forgot to get a photo, but they were delicious. They stayed warm, the cheese was gooey, and just enough banana peppers. The location is great and I love that there are so many TVs inside. For our meals, we had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, the Cajundillas and the Boom Boom Shrimp tacos. Everything is full of flavor. Good portion sizes. The chicken sandwich had two huge pieces of chicken on it. We also had a hush puppies and they were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through.

It works well for lunch, dinner with family or friends, or even a casual date night. I started with the alligator bites appetizer, followed by the ribeye sliders and fries, and finished with an espresso martini. The sliders were tender, flavorful, and seasoned well. The alligator bites were crispy and not chewy. The espresso martini had a great coffee flavor with a hint of sweetness that not only quenched my thirst but served as my dessert as well.

When I tried order off the menu to see if I could get a trout and steak combo, my server tried very hard to make this happen, but gave up. She could have asked a manager, but it was not important enough for me to pursue the matter. But, she was very sweet and was very helprul the rest of the time. Pittsburgh Rare steak preparation involves charring the exterior on a very hot flat-top and serving it rare. What I got was not this, as I could immediately tell by the fact that it had noticeable grill marks. They just cooked as usual for a rare order. With a NY Strip steak, you expect some connective tissue, but not this much. It was hidden also in the muscle of the steak. I had trouble hiding all the half chewed offal on my plate. Neither did it have a great beef flavor. This summary from the internet agrees with my idea of rice pilaf, "Pilaf is a rice dish where grains are toasted in oil or butter with aromatics like onion and garlic before being simmered in seasoned broth, resulting in fluffy, separate grains." What I was served was nothing like this as I got buttered rice that clumped together. No effort was employed in plating for appearance. I got a steak on a plate and a silver colored boat on which the rice was piled. The Cole slaw served as a salad was very good. The beer was cold and as expected.
