If someone had a good experience, my guess is they didn't work the woman I interacted with. I actually paid the delivery fee to have my furniture returned without having it treated bc the person I communicated with, which I believe to be the owner, was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I saw other reviews that shared similar sentiments, which made me feel more normal as the owner tried blaming me for the issues I had with them. Not upfront about cost/quotes and not interested in helping the customer understand when you have a question. Was hung up on and then they wouldn't answer when I called back, several times. Pretty frustrating and disappointing. Would never use or recommend...do not waste your time on such horribly rude customer service!!!!

As the tie down hooks in the bed are bolted verses welded in place, I asked Kaylinn's dad if he could remove them prior to spraying the bedliner. He not only readily agreed but offered to powder coat them, any color, gratis. (I didn't take him up on it, but I was very appreciative of the offer.) Hooks Mobile Blasting was an epic find. I drove my 1970 Cutlass Supreme from Las Vegas to Chicago…read moreto restore it with my father in Chicago. I found Hooks on the internet and contacted him to get a quote for the entire car and a set of Rallye Wheels. The price was great in my opinion, so I set up an appointment to have the care taken down to bare metal. Hooks came out to look at the car and give a quote and then we set the appointment. Hooks was on time the day of the appointment and got to work right away. The entire process took about 9 hours, which when you compare that to stripping the paint off with paint remover or 40 grit sandpaper, I think you'll agree that this is the way to go about getting your vehicle taken down to bare metal. They blast the car with a sand and glass mixture and pump it through a pressure hose with liquid to cool the steel so it doesn't warp. They also add a rust inhibitor that lasts 3 days so it doesn't flash rust. Once the surface is stripped it is ready for primer within 72 hours. I can not recommend Hooks Mobile Blasting enough, he was professional and kept me in the loop on everything he was doing and things he discovered during the blasting process. And, when it was all finished, he cleaned up the mess left behind. Pat Hooks is just starting out with this business and already he's hitting home runs. Thanks again Hooks Mobile Blasting.

I took the car to the tore shop where they checked the tire to find two holes and the tire filled with fix a flat. These tires are run flat tires with the foam run flat liner. These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks. Filing a fraud claim with the bank for the charges in the amount of the new tire.

He communicated well and we were able to text him any questions and he was very timely in his response. He also was on time with his estimated time from the quote. His price was also literally HALF from one quote I got, and still thousands less than another two quotes I got and the quality was still excellent. Now to update some other parts of the house to match this beautiful and updated floor!
