Their message and email says they will respond in 3-5 business days but you will not get a response. Last year I wanted to put my membership on hold for a few months. I emailed them several times until they charged me again. When I finally got a response, the manager said they do not put memberships on hold and I would have to cancel each time. So this year we are leaving for the summer and I have followed their online email process of canceling and again NO Response! It says to wait for a confirmation email, but It has been 7 business days and I have filled out the form 3 times. I am fed up with this place!

The service worker showed me my cracked tire (oops!) and advised replacing that ASAP. All checks were done that needed to be done, and my air filter was replaced. I'm kind of confused by the signs on the windows that say tires because one of the service workers said they don't actually do anything with tires? A little pricey, not sure if they offer a military discount of any type (I did provide proof of service), but if not, it's not the end of the world. It's not that I feel entitled to it, but do want this information out there in case other veterans have this question because that was an expensive service for oil and an air filter. The store is clean though, and it's small and echoey, so if you need to make or take a call, please bring it outside. Receipt was supposed to be emailed to me, and much as I'd rather have that option, I might need to go back in tomorrow for the invoice because I never received the email receipt, even after checking to make sure my email was correct. You should probably just get the paper invoice to keep track of the work done. Just in case. Good experience overall though. Would recommend.

Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.
