After asking around, the other option was a well-known name, just not by me lol. They also carry socks, gloves, shirts, and many accessories needed for running and other physical activities. Again it's low-key so it's easy to pass and I wouldn't have given this place a second look if I hadn't sought it out. The entrance and parking lot is in the back of the building.
