The lady I spoke to on the phone was really nice, and welcomed me to the neighborhood like an old friend. She sent a technician over within 3 days and explained their schedule to me, so I knew the days they are typically in my town in the future. The work was done on time and the friendly technician walked us through our entire propane system to show us how it operated. It was great to have the safety brief, as we are not used to having gas as part of our heating needs. As this was our first winter in the new house, we used propane faster then expected and Osterman quickly came to the house to refill us the day after we called them. They also suggested some ways we could save money and trips by installing a bigger tank, which we did. The installation team came over as scheduled, and replaced the tank to a 100 gallon tank. They took care of everything and didn't charge us a dime. They even credited us for the few gallons we had in the old tank! All in all, I cannot say how easy it is to have them as our propane company. I've called them at least 5 times in the past year and each experience was great! I'm not sure who Michael S talked to, but their review sounds like they may work for the Propane Plus company the praise at the end of their post. I've had a completely different experience each time I have called them.

They immediately jumped in with removing the old dishwasher, assessing what needed to be done, and getting it done. They were out of there in half the time that I thought it would take. They paid attention to all the details, including vacuuming up and cleaning and putting everything back in its place. They tested the machine to make sure it was fully functional, removed the old one and then went on their way. I have only good things to say about their work ethic, polite manners, and overall professionalism. I've already asked them about returning to replace another appliance. I have a great experience with them.
