They are consistently on time and great about getting you an appointment that works for your schedule! Kelly and Darah have been my hygienists and they are both great. They strike up conversation and want to get to know you as a person, rather than just a patient. I typically see Dr. Bojrab, but all of the doctors are extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain things and make sure you understand. As a person with plenty of dental issues, I really appreciate that! I called with an anxiety induced concern and they were able to bring me in within minutes to check the extraction site(s). Everything was fine but they never made me feel bad for calling. I got the appointment quickly. I thought it would be a long way out. I checked in with the friendly staff. I was taken back to the room where the dental assistant explained the procedure in detail to me. Asked a few questions about my health history that hadn't been on the questionnaire I had filled out online, took my blood pressure and told me the doctor would be in shortly. When Dr. Myer came in she introduced herself, was quite friendly and we joked about a few things, She explained a few more things. Then we got busy. Shots were in, a little waiting for the numbness and she and the assistants came in and within 15 minutes the teeth were out. It was amazing! I didn't feel anything, not pinching, not pressure, nothing. She is very skillful and very patient oriented. She talks to throughout letting you know what she is doing. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist or staff! The one thing that did surprise me was that even though I have excellent insurance that would pay for the entire procedure, I was asked to pay for half up front. It will take 2-3 weeks for them to reimburse me. Living on SS that is a hard pill to swallow especially since it came as a surprise as I was checking out.

I understand that insurance claims can be unpredictable, but if coverage cannot be confirmed, patients should be told that clearly instead of being reassured that everything is covered. Dr. Creech tried to give her sedatives before filling in her cavities. The procedure was unsuccessful, as my daughter went absolutely hysterical. A relative watched her while the receptionist sent me to the treatment room for Dr. Creech to explain what had happened. He didn't even show up even after 30 or 40 minutes. Finally, we gave up because it was unbearable to have my daughter behave uncontrollably because of the sedative. We were all angry by then. Later, we went to another pediatric dentist, and he successfully filled in her cavities. If your child needs cavities filled, look for another dental group.

Wright eventually comes in his room, doesn't greet my son, doesn't strike up conversation with him or even slightly attempt to make him feel comfortable for his first appointment (which I made known). Wright took the X-ray, looked in his mouth (baby teeth) and told me his top teeth have several cavities and his bottom do not- they're perfect. "In my 30 years I can't say I have seen this before." I mentioned that my son is ready today to have Wright work on them and he so kindly (lol) said that he can't because he has to go to lunch. I said I would really like it to be addressed as I had requested when I made the appointment originally and he had been in pain so it only makes sense we do even a little bit today. "Sorry it's my lunch you can schedule at the front desk". I asked Wright if I could show him what I have been doing at home and if he had any additional suggestions. I brought up hydroxyapatite tooth paste, supplements, oil pulling, xylitol, etc. His words immediately were "Oh that's all anecdotal. That's anecdotal." So basically I get a doctor laughing in my face, a mom who just wants her baby to feel better, has done her own research, desperate to affect change while admitting I am not a dentist and I need his help. He left the room, without a word, never said 'good job buddy' to my kid and I said "Oh... just walk out and not say anything? Strange.." I brushed it off and while my son was in the prize room I over heard Dr Wright discussing down the hall with another doctor about my sons appointment. I heard "Yeah she said she's using hydroxyapatite and I told her that's anecdotal it's just your opinion haha!!" I grabbed my son, went to the front desk and Wright walked past me so I stopped him. I asked him if he found it appropriate to gossip about a patient while they're still in the building. If he thought that his behavior would be perceived as professional to a mom that just over heard him. I asked him why he couldn't have just waited til I left the building. His response was hilarious and a lie. "Oh I was talking about a different patient with dry mouth." And for the first time he actually looks at my son in the face, gives him a high five (because he was embarrassed and called out) and says if we need any anti biotic then we can call in the office. *insert eye roll* Needless to say, I cancelled all future appointments and was happy I got a follow up text to leave a review.
