Great place for the entire family to go. They do all the regular dental stuff the other dentists…read moredo, like cleanings, and fillings. He also does botox and line filler and lip plumpers. I've had a lot of dental work done over the years, and I don't mind the work, I just hate getting numbed up. This guy REALLY does a good job! I DON'T EVEN FEEL IT! He does whitening and smile makeovers too. My teeth were yellow and crooked and my braces as an adult couldn't move my teeth, so he did veneers on me and they are awesome! Found out he teaches cosmetic dentistry in New York City! Man, did I luck out finding someone around here that is that good. It's sure worth the price. The staff there is awesome, too. Everyone is so nice. Especially his wife. She is very down to earth, kind, and helpful. The girls that clean your teeth are excellent too. They do a very good job, but don't hurt you in the process. Surprisingly, they are very reasonably priced, and comperable to the other dentists prices in Fort Wayne which surprised me with all the massage chairs, and things. They said they just wanted their patients to be comforatable, and there is no extra charge for that stuff. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for your dental work. Once you go there, you'll never leave!

My recollection of my daughter's experience more than 20 years ago just came up. She was three or…read morefour at that time and was referred to Dr. Creech to have her cavities filled. Dr. Creech tried to give her sedatives before filling in her cavities. The procedure was unsuccessful, as my daughter went absolutely hysterical. A relative watched her while the receptionist sent me to the treatment room for Dr. Creech to explain what had happened. He didn't even show up even after 30 or 40 minutes. Finally, we gave up because it was unbearable to have my daughter behave uncontrollably because of the sedative. We were all angry by then. Later, we went to another pediatric dentist, and he successfully filled in her cavities. If your child needs cavities filled, look for another dental group.

0/10 for Dr Wright- Such a sad, disappointing experience. My husband and I used to come here so I…read morefelt comfortable bringing my son in for his first dentist appointment. I was told Dr. Wright was the pediatric doctor and would only see my son on a Tuesday or Thursday. That's fine. I told the front staff when I called that he's in tremendous pain and I want to get him in as soon as possible. She let me know that the soonest available was a month and a half out, but that's just a consultation visit and they won't do any fillings or fixing. I practically begged that since we have to wait I would like them to actually address some of the cavities that first appointment. She spoke with the doctor and said they could do that. I spent that time researching and doing everything in my mama power to heal my son at home as holistically as I could. What I did was working and my sons pain went from a 10 to an occasional 5. Thank God! When we arrived to our appointment (May 5) and the staff wasn't exactly happy or encouraging of my son at his first appointment. Wright eventually comes in his room, doesn't greet my son, doesn't strike up conversation with him or even slightly attempt to make him feel comfortable for his first appointment (which I made known). Wright took the X-ray, looked in his mouth (baby teeth) and told me his top teeth have several cavities and his bottom do not- they're perfect. "In my 30 years I can't say I have seen this before." I mentioned that my son is ready today to have Wright work on them and he so kindly (lol) said that he can't because he has to go to lunch. I said I would really like it to be addressed as I had requested when I made the appointment originally and he had been in pain so it only makes sense we do even a little bit today. "Sorry it's my lunch you can schedule at the front desk". I asked Wright if I could show him what I have been doing at home and if he had any additional suggestions. I brought up hydroxyapatite tooth paste, supplements, oil pulling, xylitol, etc. His words immediately were "Oh that's all anecdotal. That's anecdotal." So basically I get a doctor laughing in my face, a mom who just wants her baby to feel better, has done her own research, desperate to affect change while admitting I am not a dentist and I need his help. He left the room, without a word, never said 'good job buddy' to my kid and I said "Oh... just walk out and not say anything? Strange.." I brushed it off and while my son was in the prize room I over heard Dr Wright discussing down the hall with another doctor about my sons appointment. I heard "Yeah she said she's using hydroxyapatite and I told her that's anecdotal it's just your opinion haha!!" I grabbed my son, went to the front desk and Wright walked past me so I stopped him. I asked him if he found it appropriate to gossip about a patient while they're still in the building. If he thought that his behavior would be perceived as professional to a mom that just over heard him. I asked him why he couldn't have just waited til I left the building. His response was hilarious and a lie. "Oh I was talking about a different patient with dry mouth." And for the first time he actually looks at my son in the face, gives him a high five (because he was embarrassed and called out) and says if we need any anti biotic then we can call in the office. *insert eye roll* Needless to say, I cancelled all future appointments and was happy I got a follow up text to leave a review. Whether or not you agree with any holistic approach to dental work, do your research and find a dentist that isn't creepy, doesn't have horrible bed side manner, actually acts like he enjoys working with children and doesn't sh*t talk you the second he walks out of the room. 0/10 would not recommend.

After surgery of wisdom teeth he had excessive swelling and rough sleep nights with pain. Dr. Singh was very concerned and gave us a better treatment to help my son through his pain and swelling. Nurse Rita was also very comforting to my son after surgery. As my son was coming out of anesthesia he begun feeling nauseous and she was there to help comfort him and help clean up after him like a concerned mother should be to their own son. It was a lot for me to handle alone and she was right there by his side helping to make him feel better. Like I said. It was a rough start but the staff and doctor was on top of everything that we needed for my son to start feeling better. Please be patient with this group. I can only imagine what they have to deal with on a daily basis with people on government insurance. But take my word. Your in good hands with this group! Thank you again everyone for acting fast and giving my son the care he needed! Sincerely Mike.

I had to pay $95.00 consulation fee and $240.00 up front for my service since no oral surgeons are in network with Aetna locally. I verified with my insurance that services would be covered in full, consultation and extraction, my responsibility was 10.00 and the dental office would need to refund me the balance of $325.00. I called MANY times and spoke with dental office insurance specialist. I kept getting the run around. They would promise a return call and NEVER call back. Two different insurance concierge called them on conference call with with me and the dental office to verify they had paid my claim, gave them the payment verification code and let the office know they need to send me my refund. They continued to claim that they hadn't received payment but would look into it and give me a call back. I never received the call. I made a follow-up call in which I was told they had indeed received the payment, but their insurance processing dept was backed up but my check is in the mail since they no longer process refunds electronically. Its been over a month and I still have not received my money.
