The dentist came in said it looks good. That night flossing it I could feel the gap there. Sure enough went to another dentist to evaluate and said it was cracked. If a filling was just done it shouldn't have a huge gap in it like this. I would assume with student loans and trying to buy a new practice needs to make the $. I notified Dr. Fisher and she never even responded = UNETHICAL DENTIST.

I truly did enjoy getting to meet everyone and being walked through every step, there were no surprises, no unexpected pokes or pain, simple straight forward honesty. I see a bunch of negative comments, but I'm here to give a more positive experience. My son (4…read moreyears old) has autism and this was his first dentist appointment. I was anxious, but the experience went smooth. The lobby was very spacious and clean. They have a small little indoor playground. Nothing special, but my son enjoyed the slide while we waited. The receptionist was very nice and helped with the paperwork. The wait was slightly long, but there was a decent amount of patients in the lobby so I chalked it up to them being busy. Dentist came in, was very nice, checked for cavities and thankfully he didn't have any. Process was very quick and efficient. Hygienist came in shortly after and double checked his teeth and did a quick cleaning. They knew ahead of time about my son having autism and was very gentle and soothing. He was having some behaviors, but they worked through it and was patient and careful. They talked him through it and was able to get him to open his mouth, say cheese, and checked his teeth quickly. Overall my opinion is this: Clean place, slightly long wait time, very sweet and patient staff, and dentist was quick and efficient. I would personally recommend. Like I said, my son didn't have any cavities or issues so I can't speak on having crowns or fillings put in. But this is because me and his mother try and brush his teeth twice a day. Brush your children's teeth and hopefully your child won't need work done on their teeth.

We had a good experience, my son is older but he enjoyed his visit and the staff. No complaints…read more Cleaned his teeth well and referred him to another dental group for a crown.

I've been here three…read moredifferent times and every single visit has come with new issues long wait times, disorganization, and inconsistent information. The last time I went in, I had a painful dental emergency and they gave me the hardest time even when I was willing to pay out of pocket. They actually turned me away, and I had to find another office last minute just to get the tooth pulled. Fast forward to my most recent experience: Three weeks ago, I came in with concerns about cavities and a broken front tooth. The office was extremely short-staffed and overcrowded. They seemed rushed, kept forgetting what they were talking about, and didn't even have my photos or notes pulled up while explaining my treatment plan. I left feeling confused, but I tried to stay patient because I really need this work done. Today I came back for the scheduled treatment, only to be told that I suddenly have almost $800 out of pocket for the exact same work two fillings and a crown. Three weeks ago, with the same insurance, it was fully covered and they specifically said we would focus on what insurance covered. I even agreed that I could pay the $118.94 they originally quoted me. But every visit, the numbers change, the story changes, and no one can give a clear explanation. On top of that, every appointment starts with a 15-30 minute wait before I'm even taken to the back, no matter how early I arrive. At this point, the inconsistency, lack of organization, and lack of communication have made me completely lose trust in this place. I wanted to get my work done here, but it shouldn't be this hard especially when you're in pain. I'm sharing this review so others know what to expect. I hope the
