I recently had a wheel bearing go out on a trailer as I was passing through the Minneapolis area…read more After being turned down by several repair shops because they were too busy, I came across Fleet Maintenance who made time to look at my trailer. Being from out of state, having a broken down rig, and needing to get home, I was not in a very good position. Paul, the owner/service manager, opened up a bay for me, assigned a great mechanic, Brandon, and I was on the road toward home by the end of the day. The repair was made with quality parts and a thorough attention to detail. If I had a week to research shops to do the work, I would have chosen Fleet Maintenance over everyone else; they were that good. James

The reviews here are consistent for a reason. Believe them…read more Their driver was having a severe road rage episode due to traffic and started throwing items out his window. He hit my car with a glass bottle and other items. We were taking the same exit so I took photos of the vehicle to report him. He even laughed and smiled for the pictures. He then got out of his truck with his fists balled and started threatening me. When I told him I was going to report him he laughed and said "You don't have a camera, you can't prove anything." I called to report him, I made a police report, and reported to USDOT. His company won't take responsibility. At first I had no problem with the company. I tried to be patient and polite to their safety manager. I just wanted THE DRIVER to pay for the damages. But I'm now that I'm seeing the safety manager and his HR, BreAnne, don't care, it just goes to show the morality of the drivers matches their leadership. This company is dangerous and do not believe in accountability. I can't imagine how much damage their drivers have done and they have overlooked.

I had been using All Repair for a few years now primarily using for restoration of a Classic Auto…read more Due to the year of the vehicle and the extent of the restoration not all went as perfect as expected but if any issues ever surfaced it was always corrected at no added expense. I have seen many staff/management changes over the past couple of years and have recommended to several. Other than oil changes for everyday vehicles I have not had to have any major work done to any vehicles and had not required the services until recently when I needed to have a car towed in to figure out was wrong. This is when I discovered none of the old group was any longer employed and a new Team was in place. I could not have been more pleased with the service or the price. Staff was very professional and within a very short time period I received a call notifying what was discovered and within a couple hours from having the car dropped it was up and running again. I will be using again and have already recommended to my employees. Looking forward to see if the service continues and satisfaction level remains.

My daughter needed a new engine and Scott Hefty was recommended from the person that we bought the…read moreengine from for installation. Scott over charged us by $95 over the quoted price. We were told that the car needed a new battery, which was not the case, but we purchased one and installed it. As we drove the car home, the dashboard lights and gauges went crazy. We were told by Scott that this is normal and that the car needed to "get used to it's new engine". We drove the car for two plus hours prior to shutting it off (with it's new battery installed). When we tried to start it an hour later, it was dead and needed jumping. We were told by Scott that the alarm system was needing to be acclimated to the car. All mechanics that we spoke to that weekend, as we could not reach Scott, told us that, if the alarm system thinks that we are stealing the car, as Scott stated, it will not allow us to jump start it. After calling Scott and trying to figure out the issue, Scott was VERY rude and threatening stating that he was the "expert" and the other mechanics did not know what they were talking about and that if I continued to discuss this with him, he will charge me for the time it takes to talk to me. We finally, brought it to another mechanic to have it repaired to discover that several things were broken and a ground wire was not connected correctly, causing the dashboard issue and the battery drain. Because of the issues, we needed to install a second new battery because the issues drained the new battery too low, too often. Scott Hefty does not have good customer service, is rude and maintains a bully attitude towards his customers. This problem would have been easily resolved, if he had good customer service skills by standing behind his work and listening to the customer.
