I had tried everything that I could think of before bringing it to them. During drop off, I went over the list of things that I had tried only to be billed for those exact things. A month later I received a text saying the total was $750 for all the time spent. When I called to question the amount (I didn't expect it be for nothing) Shawn (The owner) decided to get heated and use the F word in every sentence. Assuming they were Trailer experts was the only reason I brought it there since I am not. After the unprofessional call, he texted me saying he would reduce the bill. Brought it down to $540 for labor. When I returned home with the trailer and went inside, they had left all the wiring, parts and wrappers thrown thru out. That was the first and will be the last time ever bring anything to that business. (My spare tire on the back of the trailer was punctured as well. I planned on replacing it anyways but it was still holding air when I dropped the trailer off)

Fortunately we discovered our hitch had been installed improperly before someone was killed from the hitch and trailer detaching from the car at highway speeds. They had left four of the bolts that hold the hitch to the car loose. The lock washers were so floppy they spun when you touched them. The wire harness was incorrectly installed so that it rubbed against bare metal instead of passing through the factory supplied rubber grommet and was beginning to cut into the wires. Lastly, they forgot to heat shrink the protective shrink wrap that keeps the brake controller wires from getting wet, corroding short circuiting. All three issues could lead to injury or death. We have pictures of all the issues. BUYER BEWARE!

It looked like it would take 5 min and 1 oz of paint. I offered them 40 dollars but they refused! I also offered to paint it myself but they refused as well. Then they claimed it would take an hour of shop time. Well I wasn't about to be shaken down by these con artists so I left. You know what they did. They called the county sheriff!!! Over something so insignificant and minor, this is how they treat customers. Even at their estimate at most the damage was 120 dollars. But actually the only money they would be out is the cost of paint because they are paying their shop guys already! Unbelievable! Do business with these fools at your own risk
