I called about 5…read moretimes over the next 6 months as spring approached with the response we'll call you when it's done. kept waiting and had to call them to remind them of its presenc....yet again. June 2024 "ready" with the excuse can't find the belt was the delay. i picked up the mower (pain in the ass as I dont have a truck) and was told didn't need belt but $130 for tuning/ maintenance. first time using it to actually mow, you guessed it belt slipping not useable! in the meantime bought a different push mower (clearly not from them) and am seeking a competent repair place (to order and install a belt so I can sell). the people in the shop are always friendly but totally disorganized and don't give a damn about their quality. their hours also make it hard if you work full time. wish zero stars were an option.
