A bearded younger guy, sorry I cant remember his name and another guy "Donnie" who had been with the company a short time and was still in training showed up within the hour. They arrived and immediately got to work. Put an inter tube in the tire and had the job done in less then an hour. Cleaned up the tire and the area. Checked air in other tires. Mentioned the front tires would need swapped out soon, asked if I wanted a quote and I said sure. Guy called the next day. Overall the guys were professional, friendly and very courteous. I was visiting Clear Lake IA and found that the baseplate for my hitch assembly had become…read moreunstable. I called Truck Specialities and they said they could take care of it, but they were booked until next week -- but he told me i could bring it by and they could at least tell me if the problem was serious or could wait. I drove over and when the tech looked at it, he said the mounting for the baseplate was close to failure - a very serious problem -- at which point they made the time to fix it right then and there. In maybe two hours, the baseplate was secure and i was on my way. A nice surprise was that the price was very reasonable too. Plus they were very nice to deal with! I couldn't be more pleased with the work - or grateful they took care of it before anything really serious happened.
