I am a VERY nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist! I always have at least gas…read morebefore any kind of dental work if its something more extensive I get sedated. Needless to say I had to have a root canal and made an appointment and got in with Dr Sheats Sr. Everyone from the receptionist to the assistant was very professional, calming to me and very very pleasant. When Dr Sheats Sr came in to take a look and to explain what would have to be done, he was very thorough and we got started right away. NOT ONLY did I not get gas but it was almost painless..... I had to come back for a second visit to finish it up and this experience was even better the second time around! Both appointments I was taken back on time if not a few minutes early and both appointments were actually very timely. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Sheats Sr and his practice.

I totally enjoyed his joyful demeanor, including his whistling and gentle humor, as he worked. He explained the procedure beforehand and answered any questions I had. It's a no thrills place but the price point is better…read morethan anywhere else you'll find in Nashville or the surrounding area with extremely skilled stylist. Allison has been cutting my hair here for years! But I love Jessica just as much as I do Allison :) you may have a hard time getting an appointment with either of them right now, I don't think they're taking new clients. To Shelby who left the bad review: your dislike of the policies of one business has NOTHING to do with the services provided at that business instead it's you complaining about the lack of parking the business you were going to support has/had (since they're closed now). Maybe that's a grievance you should take up with that restaurant, ya think! Whether you like it or not, there are several customer oriented businesses in that immediate area that need parking for THEIR paying customers. If I showed up to get my haircut and there were no spots because of entitled brats like you who thought it was your right to park wherever they want when it specifically tells you not to on signs ... I'd be pissed! So seriously, get over it and yourself! PS you're an idiot for parking at Kroger (when TJ Maxx is hella closer) AND for not bringing an umbrella when it's raining. The stylist I was working with had difficulty with my blowout and had to start over and then get someone over to help her and I left with my hair, looking worse than it did when I walked in. I had let them know when I made the appointment that I had textured hair, in hopes that that would help with picking a stylist and time allocation. My experience with them was quite some time ago so it's possible that they have improved since that time.
