I received a pair of Olivia Garden Silk Cut shears back in place of mine. Somehow, my shears were swapped out. Nic scissors are much more expensive than the Olivia Garden brand, so I was definitely ripped off. I called and was able to speak to Chelsea. Chelsea tried to help me by locating my shears, but in the end, I was told that they cannot find my shears. They offered to send me a free pair of shears from their catalog, but the bottom line is that they do not offer higher end shears. I told them I don't want a pair of cheap shears, just a refund. I have since heard nothing. I will have to buy myself a new pair of shears. I will never use this website again and I have learned my lesson. I will have my shears sharpened by professionals, and in person. My advice, if you have a higher end pair of shears, do not send them in to Sharpening World, as you may never see them again!
