Just a note the do not carry or sell 'The Rolex ' which is tragic however also a good thing. I felt this lets sales staff really stay focused on FRANKS needs and desires on time pieces.. Every time I browse new pieces here I really enjoy the staff, they are so friendly and well educated on the watches. For example recently was inquiring on new Norqain model being released soon and the two sales associates and myself were huddled around computer discussing the uniqueness of it and then a young lady pointed out the cool LUME specs on the watch band which I had not noticed prior that conversation. We laughed at who's gonna land the new Norqain " ENJOY LIFE " series about to be released any day . My bet was the young lady with iPad doing the deep dive into the spec's of the watch.. # 1 reason why you should shop here is the staff. Amazing and will give you that personal attention you deserve when purchasing a high end timepiece. This staff is not like pretentious or aloof sales staff of downtown or Bellevue Square stores. Hope you enjoy this Ben Bridge location as much as I do... Thanks for being real and knowledgeable it's very refreshing..

He'll tell it like it is too, which I appreciate. The gems of this office are the front staff ladies, who have been with him for as long as I can remember. Christy has helped me look for glasses that fit me numerously. I can't say enough good things about her. The office itself is modest, same as it has been for all these years. Personally, I don't mind. It's the staff and service that matters more. I highly recommend using this office.

Dr. Wong was very warm and friendly to converse with. She was thorough with running tests, explained results in a clear manner and answered any questions I had. The office is located in a strip mall, and the waiting area isn't anything glamorous, but don't let that sway you away from scheduling an appointment here. Their selection of frames is somewhat small, so I'll be looking elsewhere, but I also didn't feel pressured. They're also still prioritizing hygienic Covid practices. They sanitize the frames after each person tries them on, and require that you wear a mask. I'm happy that I found a new optometrist that I'll gladly return to each year.

They come up with flimsy excuses why you are not getting paid, the amount that they agreed upon. They told me that some of my book must have fallen out ( of the box). I said NO. I am writing to review an online used- and discount-books seller named Thriftbooks. I am hoping…read morethis is affiliated with the same outfit, because the sticker (above, in the picture, saying the number of the book) is exactly like the stickers I get from online Thriftbooks. I am unsure, though, because this bookseller's name is in two words, instead. Anyway, I press on. I have been buying books from Thriftbooks for many years and have not ever been dissatisfied with the books I have received until now. I received a Celebrate Recovery Bible that had apparently been damaged in shipping. The reason for my searching this company down in order to give them five stars is that they handled the issue calmly and quickly and shipped me out another one, allowing me to just donate my damaged copy to the Salvation Army instead of paying shipping costs to return it to them. The Salvation Army will give it away free, I told them, in my local store. Two extra stars for that! And the customer service representative, Justin, was wonderful. The staff members who dealt with my written complaint were also as wonderful as Justin. Thanks, everyone. A word of "warning" for buyers before you purchase--Thriftbooks purchases arrive in flexible paper packaging, so it IS possible for them to get damaged en route, especially heavy books like Bibles.

I would highly caution and advise anyone not to patronize this store based on my experience…read more First, I am a professional artist and designer and have the greatest respect for others work and craft. I brought my family into Edmonds for a fun day of walking, lunch and exploring. When you see the store of course there are beautiful displays of garden art and mainly glass in the store front. There are numerous signs requesting no photos. There are NO SIGNS mentioning to ask for help in picking up or NOT TO TOUCH. My father was interested in a glass bee for my mother and it fell off the brass rod and the wings broke. I assume she was the owner and blocked the door and was not friendly nor understanding and insisted we pay for the bee. I tried to reason with her that the other bees in the display were securely attached and what happened was an accident and that we were very sorry. This piece was $140 and she was not letting them leave without paying. I asked my parents to leave with my young child as she didn't need to listen to this greedy awful woman berate my father for having an honest accident with glass that wasn't securely displayed. I explained to her numerous times there are NO SIGNS anywhere asking for people not to touch the pieces or to ask for assistance. I paid her $80 for the broken bee because I can have the glass fused and repaired. Her attitude, service and disrespect were appalling and disgusting! Shame on you!!
