And the strap has only a one year warranty, which is completely inappropriate for this type of equipment. Customer "support" was of no help, neither offering to replace the swivel connector or replacing the product. PLEASE: don't use this product without somehow tethering the camera to the strap to avoid failure of the swivel and failure of the screw attaching the swivel to the camera. And consider purchasing something of better quality and design.
