The booking process was…read moresuper easy, I put down what I thought was a $100 down payment towards the work to secure my appointment however it wasn't until I needed to cancel my appointment which was still over a month away that I was informed that the $100 charge was non-refundable. When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.

We noticed after we received the car back that the driver's side visor mirror was shattered. We were unsure if it had happened during the detailing or if we had accidentally done it ourselves somehow. But as they did not document the damage, they offered to order us a replacement part, for which we were grateful. Not only did they order us the part but they installed it and didn't charge us!
