The dentist is extremely unprofessional and come and goes, they forgot about me. She has an emotional support dog running around in the rooms. Without asking me the hygienist put the dog on my stomach and left it there for an hour. I am allergic which is besides the point. So unsanitary!!! They cracked a tooth while doing the cleaning and will not fix it or pay to have it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I am filing complaints with the dental board.

BUT, the true test was my visit! I came in for a Cleaning, X-Rays, & Exam. The office is impeccably clean, everyone in the office was super sweet and knowledgeable, and they don't try to upsell you. I was able to fill out all of documents online making Check In a breeze. And to top it all off, Dr. E. noticed that I had a sinus infection and offered to call in some prescriptions to help clear it up; I was able to cancel my doctor appointment for the next day and save a visit! My wife and I have been going to DR Hoppers office for several years. I was never really impressed…read more(by the staff), but continued to go for convenience, it is very close to my home. DR Hopper himself is very nice and professional. His office staff, not so much. The front desk girl has attitude to spare. She treats me and my wife like she is doing us a favor to do her job. The hygenist - ZERO bedside manner. ZERO understanding of "IT HURTS". She likes to rest the suction tip (hard plastic) on your gums - which really hurts. Doesn't care.. Giving me numbing agents - again I try to explain it hurt (injecting too fast)... She was just condescending about it. Interestingly - and competely on her own - my wife expressed the same opinions and feelings about DR Hoppers staff - my wife is the one to suggest we find another dentist. My wife is extremely patient and friendly, for her to have issues - there ARE issues. The office is usually empty of other patients (I never thought about it). But now I know why.
