Ordering again today because my first time was perfect and we all loved it and the delivery was fast

We have been using faithfully using blackjack for 6 years, for parties and just for us and we always tipped well. We like a particular crust and the pizza we received was not the same. We called to complain and the woman dismissed us and hung up on us. We called back and asked the fellow for the woman's name so we could complain formally -he refused. Sadly, they lost this customer. Went to pick up our order. Wrong pizza was placed in the box, but didn't know until we got home. Called the store and couldn't have had nicer guy answer and apologize for the mistake. Definite heart felt apology and without missing a beat told me he was sending a new pizza to be made and delivered immediately. Sure enough, doorbell rang and new fresh (delicious) pizza was placed in my hands. This is a great spot for broke college kids. I paid about $40 to pick up a decently sized deep dish pie, two 2 liters of soda, a salad and a few sides of sauces (ranch was spot on btw, i appreciate that as a midwesterner) The online ordering system was a little wonky, but the wait time was very short! My favorite Pizza...period! I always order a thin crust, "Good Deal." So phenomenal in taste. I also like to order the, "Michigan Cherry Salad." So unbelievably good. It comes with fresh Spinach and (not too tart) Cherries. I get the Basalmic Vinegar and it is oh so good. We also occasionally get Cinnabread with Vanilla Blue Bell ice cream. And the wings are as good as you will find anywhere. We get the wings with the Ranch Dressing that they make fresh there everyday. The drivers are always prompt and courteous. read more

5 stars for sure! Their pizza is always a hit in my household. Child has egg allergy and their dough does NOT contain egg product. Staff is super friendly and always wearing masks every time I order ahead and pickup. We usually do hand tossed but their thin crust is super thin and perfectly crisp. Salads are nice as well. I always order the square pan pizza, when ordering online there's only one button for a size so I clicked it. When the delivery driver arrived he was carrying a box half the size of what I normally get. I told him there was only one option for size when I ordered online and he said to take it up with corporate. I called the store and talked to Jeremy, I let them know I got the wrong size pizza and there was no option for a different size, he was absolutely no help, he said he didn't know, I told him he needed to check on it and try to get it fixed. Could use a little more sauce, but not a big deal for the taste and quality of the pizzas we ordered! This review has nothing to do with the food, and everything to do with their shady business practices. When you order online they give you the option to tip, which I did - $7 on a $20 order. When the delivery arrives, the tip you added is not on the receipt, so it appears like you haven't tipped (two times ago the driver actually verbally pressured me to add a tip to the receipt after I had already added one online). Assuming some kind of flub in the system, I added the tip again when I signed. Checked my bank this morning, and they took them both! I ordered a jalapeño and pineapple pizza from Blackjack and I found it to be quite delicious. They use real jalapeños and those babies were hot. The crust was crisp and tasty. I felt the pizza could have used a bit more sauce and maybe a teensy bibble more of cheese, but all in all it was enjoyable. An hour later the fun really started. My poor girlfriend was punishing my toilet so I had to break into my roommate's bathroom to unleash what felt like a ravenous Tabasco covered giant squid from my anus. Only to find out the next day that the driver wrote in his own tip on my credit card!!!! Even after I gave him $10 in cash!!!!
