Santiago texted to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and took time to discuss specifically what would be done on our vehicle. Santiago cleaned the vehicle thoroughly and I appreciated his use of cleaning methods that were safe for the vehicle's paint...he used a foam canon to soap the vehicle and compressed air to remove water around crevices and trim.
