This was, of course, AFTER he paid over $1,000 to their office. They did not bill the correct insurance and my husband tried working with their office to have this corrected for MONTHS and every time he spoke with someone they had no knowledge of what he was calling about. At one point he received a call from their offices asking "do you want more fillings?". Over a year after the services we received a bill for nearly $100. We have tried calling to discuss this several times and never received a call back until today we were threatened with having the bill sent to collections and told "this is policy," I would think their policy would be to bill correctly and in a timely manner.

The front of the house was great in working with my schedule to get this accomplished, and the actual dental work was painless and now my teeth are feeling better than ever! I have also been to the office for one cleaning so far, and the hygienist left me with by far the most clean looking and feeling teeth that I have ever had after a cleaning. I have been referring friends and family and have not heard any negatives so far.

They made me feel comfortable right away, which helped calm my nerves before surgery. The procedure itself went very smoothly. Dr. Genutis has excellent bedside manners (he's patient, kind, and genuinely attentive). You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I had two regular erupted wisdom teeth, one partially impacted tooth, and one bony impaction, so it wasn't a simple case. Even when I had a small complication afterward (my stitches kept popping and I needed an emergency cauterization), he handled it quickly and with great care. I still remember being nervous before the surgery, and Dr. Genutis asked, "I like your pajamas. What's the pattern on them?" (They were Star Wars!) That small moment helped me relax before going under, and before I knew it, I was out like a light. If you need your wisdom teeth removed, I can't recommend Dr. Genutis enough. He's professional, compassionate, and truly one of the best oral surgeons out there.

Horrible communication from this pharmacy. My vet called in our request on 7/31. Shamrock claims…read morethey called and left a message for me on 7/31-which is completely false. No voicemail or call was received ever. After multiple calls to my vet and them personally following up, I called myself on 8/7 and received an extremely rude representative on the phone. She accused me of lying about not receiving the voicemail. Needless to say, even if they did call me, a follow up would have been nice so this issue was caught sooner. If you can, I would avoid using them as they are not on top of their responsibilities to their customer and are not friendly.
