They also managed to lose 10 of my brass collar stays, and when I returned to ask for them the woman stated 'we cannot guarantee the collar stays'. So basically she told me she can't guarantee that my shirts are going to come back the same way they went in. This is supposed to be a place where your shirts come back BETTER than they went in! I'm thankful for wrinkle free dress shirts, as I have always loathed the dry cleaners. They always manage to mess something up, and 'Top' cleaners in Glastonbury is no exception.

They attempted to pass off a receipt for a blanket from April as being current and when called on it, said that I had picked the blanket up; I haven't been to that store for a month and a half. It just irritates me that they attempted to gaslight an 87 year woman because she is vulnerable and they could. That is the type of people who run the business.

Save your money and come here instead of a bigger chain of dry cleaners.

I went to drop off my jacket on Monday at 4:30. The girl said it would be ready the next day at 4:00, this was perfect for me. She asked if there were any stains that needed special attention, I said no. It was only $6.00 for the dry cleaning of my jacket. I could pay at pick up or at drop off. I went to pick it up the next day. It was perfect, on a hanger, with a clear bag over it. My jacket was clean and smelled fresh. I was very happy with the service. It was efficient, very quick, as promised and at a great price. I recommend going here for your dry cleaning needs.
