We walked and got a coffee, came back 10 minutes BEFORE our dry time was over and as I walked in I saw 1 of our dryers full of clothes was thrown in a basket, while the other on the bottom was still tumbling. I commented aloud how rude and aggressive it was for whomever did it, this weird pervy guy turns around and starts yelling how it was him and the lady at the desk said he could. Not only does the staff condone messing with other people's laundry, but they encourage it. Our clothes weren't even dry, they definitely needed the extra 10 minutes we still had on the timer. There's several issues with this, but the biggest would be if this is really the policy of just pulling laundry out when you feel like it, you'd think the staff would put gloves on and do it for the impatient customer, rather than encouraging some random man to dig through my underwear and the underwear of our young child. It's gross and when I asked the workers about it they only stated "we're not responsible for what happens to your clothes"... sure but you should NOT ENCOURAGE it from random people off the street. I asked for the owners information, his name is Steve, and I was told by Ian and Sonia that this is Steve's policy and he encourages it. So I will definitely not be back, and I do encourage you to avoid it as well if this is a policy they encourage and defend. Gross.

I have been going to this laundromat for a few years during the previous and now current owners and…read morehave always had a good experience until the morning of 02/16/2024. Every time I go I use the same washers and the same dryers. on a previous trip I noticed one of the dryers wasn't getting hot and it shut off. I took as a one off incident and on 2/16/2024 I used the same dryers. The same dryer that shut off the last time shut off again and when touching the glass it was not as hot as the other dryers around it. I alerted the male attendant who I believe to be the owner that something is wrong with the dryer, it's shutting off and it's not getting hot as my clothes were still damp. Instead of taking accountability after I told him my personal experience, he proceeds to tell me that he's been around these machines for 400+ days and that the dryer shuts off when things stick to the sides to prevent overheating and fires. I told him I don't over stuff the dryer and he said it has nothing to do with over stuffing the dryer. He then tells me I can't go by the heat on the glass because it's thick tempered glass and you have to go by the feel of the inside of the dryer. He restarts the dryer for an additional 15 minutes and walks off. At the 4 minute mark the dryer shuts off again and I open it and per what he said I tested the inside of the dryer, I find that my clothes are cold and the inside of the dryer is also cold. I then opened another one of the dryers that I used that day and that had been off for at least 10 minutes and those were still warm inside. If a dryer is working properly clothes should come out warm NOT cold and the inside would be warm NOT cold and that wasn't the experience. So I went back to the male attendant to once again notify him that the dryer isn't working properly. His reply was "well dryers cool down before they stop and are my clothes dry and if not find another dryer". Yes in fact dryers do cool down before they stop but not with 4 minutes left on the timer and it's not a freezer it doesn't cool down to cold. Also asking me if my clothes are dry doesn't negate the fact that the dryer still isn't working properly. BTW my close were not fully dry. It's unfortunate that my personal experience and observation was dismissed along with the attitude and lack of accountability I received. Im not a liar and as a business owner if a customer is letting you know that your equipment is faulty why would you dismiss it and not look into it especially since you lowered the drying time from 8 minutes to 5 minutes per 25 cents and when the dryer shuts off randomly the timer doesn't stop it keeps counting. More money to you but a loss to the customer when a machine doesn't work properly. If you patron this establishment watch your machines!

The arm of the jacket and the seat of the pants both have damage (as pictured) that is clearly from their machines. The shirt which is brand new has pulls and damaged snap buttons that no longer work. When I brought the suit in to show them the issue, they offered no remediation. Not even a refund of the $22.50 cost to clean the shirt. They tried claiming it was moth holes which is impossible. Look up moth holes. They chew through the entire material. This is not that. Very disappointed.
