After picking up the car, the same issue returned within 24 hours (empty coolant and antifreeze smell). I was told this was "normal," which is clearly not accurate. I brought the car back, and then went over two weeks with almost no communication aside from automated emails. Overall, poor communication, questionable repair quality, and unauthorized charges.
